LEADING-EDGE EXTENTION TIPE NAIL FIXING DEVICE
A front end expansion type nail mounting unit includes: a nail (10) inserted into a bored hole (1) formed on the ground and including a male screw part (11) in a front end part; a moving ring (20) screwed in an upper part of the male screw part (11) of the nail (10) such that the nail can move in an axial direction; a support part (30) supporting an end part (12) of the nail (10) to make possible idling, and including a cone-shaped part (31) breaking into the bottom of the bored hole (1); a link part (40) including an upper link (41) hinged with the moving ring (20) on the top thereof, and a lower link (42) hinged with the support part (30) in the bottom and linked with the bottom of the upper link (41) on the top; and a pressing plate (50) having an arc-shaped cross section having the same curvature radius as the curvature radius of the bored hole (1), installed in a part in which the upper link (41) and the lower link (42) are combined, and pressing a wall of the bored hole (1) in contact therewith as the moving ring (20) moves downwards by the rotation of the nail (10) to make the upper link (41) and the lower link (42) radially expanded. Therefore, the front end expansion type nail mounting unit is capable of providing a sufficient reinforcement force.
선단팽창형 네일 정착구는 지반에 형성된 천공홀(1)에 삽입되고, 선단부에 수나사부(11)를 갖는 네일(10); 네일(10)의 수나사부(11)의 상부에서 나사결합되어 네일(10)이 축방향으로 이동 가능한 이동링(20); 네일(10)의 말단부(12)를 공회전 가능하게 지지하고, 천공홀(1) 바닥에 침투하는 원추형의 콘부(31)를 갖는 지지부(30); 그 상단에서 이동링(20)과 힌지결합되는 상부링크(41)와, 그 하단에서 지지부(30)와 힌지결합되고 그 상단에서 상부링크(41)의 하단과 링크결합되는 하부링크(42)를 포함하는 링크부(40); 천공홀(1)의 곡률반경과 동일한 곡률반경을 갖는 원호형 단면을 갖고, 상부링크(41)와 하부링크(42)가 링크결합되는 부위에 설치되고, 네일(10)의 회전에 의해 이동링(20)이 하방으로 이동하여 상부링크(41)와 하부링크(42)가 방사상으로 팽창함에 따라 천공홀(1)의 벽을 접촉압박하는 압박판(50);을 포함한다.
