Environment-friendly artificial turf drain hole drilling apparatus
The present invention relates to an artificial turf drain hole drilling apparatus which forms drain holes for smooth drainage of water on a rainy day or the like when artificial turf is constructed on a playground or the like. The artificial turf drain hole drilling apparatus comprises: an ascending and descending rack (120) configured to rotate and move by a hinge unit (125) and two ascending and descending members (124) ascending and descending by cylinders (151, 152); a plurality of motors (130) coupled to the ascending and descending rack (120) and each provided with a shaft installed to be directed downwards; and a drill tip (142) which is formed on an end portion of a rotary shaft (140) coupled to the shaft of the motor, has a smaller diameter than the rotary shaft (140) and a sharp end, and is configured to form drain holes by a rotary motion and adhesion heat generation by rotation of the motor (130) while being inserted through artificial turf latex when the ascending and descending rack (120) descends and to escape upwards when the ascending and descending rack (120) ascends.
본 발명은 인조잔디를 운동장 등에 시공하였을 때 비오는 날 등에 있어서 물이 잘 배수되도록 하는 배수공을 형성하는 배수공 드릴장치에 관한 것으로, 실린더(151,152)에 의해 승하강하는 양 쪽의 두 승강부재(124)와 힌지부(125)에 의해 회전 유동할 수 있도록 형성된 승강선반(120)과; 승강선반(120)에 결합되고 샤프트가 아래로 향하도록 설치된 다수개의 모터(130)와; 모터의 샤프트에 결합된 회전축(140)의 끝부분에 회전축(140)보다 작은 직경으로 형성되고 끝부분은 뾰족하게 형성되어 승강선반(120)이 하강에 의해 인조잔디 라텍스에 삽입 관통되면서 모터(130)의 회전에 의해 접찹열 발생과 회전운동에 의해 배수공을 형성하고 승강선반(120)이 상승하면서 위로 빠져나오도록 형성된 드릴촉(142);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인조잔디 배수공 드릴장치에 관한 것이다.
