INTERGRATED FORM TYPE COVER FOR RADIOACTIVE WASTE DISPOSAL CONTAINER
The present invention relates to a cover for a radioactive waste disposal container. Specifically, a mold for pouring concrete is manufactured of a steel plate when manufacturing the cover for the disposal container, a connection clamp is welded to a bottom of the mold, and then a rebar is placed in the connection clamp. After the rebar is placed in the connection clamp, the concrete is poured to manufacture the mold integrated type cover so as to allow the rebar and the steel plate to withstand a load caused by gravity, thereby removing a central deflection phenomenon. Moreover, a lower portion is composed of the steel plate to reduce the thickness of the cover since structural stability is higher than structural stability of an existing cover so as to reduce a lifting phenomenon of the cover due to expansion of a drum, thereby, accordingly, preventing an occurrence of collapse when stacking the disposal container in advance.
본 발명은 방사성폐기물 처분 용기용 덮개에 관한 것으로서, 상세하게는 처분용기 덮개 제조 시 콘크리트 타설을 위한 거푸집을 강판으로 제작하고, 제작된 거푸집 바닥에 연결 클램프를 용접한 다음 연결 클램프에 철근을 배근한 후 콘크리트를 타설하여 거푸집 일체형 덮개를 제작함으로써 중력에 의한 하중을 철근과 강판이 버텨주므로 중앙 처짐 현상을 제거하도록 하고, 또한 본 발명은 하부가 강판으로 구성되므로 구조적 안정성이 기존 덮개에 비해 높기 때문에 덮개의 두께를 줄일 수 있어 드럼의 팽창으로 인한 덮개 들림 현상을 감소시킬 수 있고, 이로 인해 처분용기 적층처분 시 쓰러짐이 발생하는 것을 미연에 방지하도록 하는 거푸집 일체형 방사성폐기물 처분 용기용 덮개에 관한 것이다.
