SPACER FOR INSULATING GLAZING UNIT
가요성 스페이서 본체는 절연 글레이징 유닛을 한정하도록 글레이징 구조의 내부 표면과 결합하도록 하는 두 개의 대향하는 면을 갖는다. 스페이서 본체는 실리콘 발포 고무 또는 EPDM과 같은 건조 중합 발포체일 수 있다. 글레이징 구조에 스페이서 본체를 본딩할 수 있는 접착제는 양면에 칠해진다. 접착제는 약 0.050mm 내지 약 1.524mm의 두께일 수 있다. 접착제 재료는 또한 낮은 아르곤 가스 및 낮은 수분 투과성을 갖는다. 접착제는 부틸 고무 및/또는 폴리이소부틸렌 중합체가 함께 중합체의 대부분을 이루는 중합체를 포함한다. 접착제는 또한 이를 감압식으로 제조하고 유리 글레이징 구조에 방수성 본드를 부여하기 위해 필요에 따라 다른 재료를 포함할 수 있다. 스페이스 조립체는 스페이서 본체에 접착제를 고정하기 위해 추가의 재료를 포함할 수 있다.
A spacer assembly (100) for an insulating glazing unit comprises a silicone foam rubber spacer body (104) having opposed faces and an outer face extending between the opposed faces; the opposed faces adapted to be connected to glazing structures of the insulating glazing unit, and a primary adhesive (102) adapted to adhere the spacer body (104) to the glazing structures. An adhesive tie layer (108) is disposed between the opposed faces of the spacer body (104) and the primary adhesive (102) to adhere the primary adhesive (102) to the silicone foam rubber spacer body (104).
