Stiffener of wale for earth retaining
The present invention relates to an earth retaining waling stiffener, which includes: a support beam having a right spiral male screw part and a left spiral male screw part at left and right ends thereof; a left screw pipe having a right spiral female screw part corresponding to the right spiral male screw part and the left spiral male screw part; and a right screw pipe having a left spiral female screw part corresponding to the left spiral male screw part, thereby being quickly and simply coupled to waling without being welded thereto. Also, the earth retaining waling stiffener can respond to a shear load and buckling stress applied to the waling by earth pressure and bearing force of the support beam to control and reinforce shear resistance force and buckling resistance force, have a falling prevention means to couple the stiffener to a lower portion of a web of the waling so that the stiffener can be prevented from falling and be safely constructed, allow the waling and the stiffener coupled to each other to be simply detached without damage so that the waling and the stiffener can be reused, and allow the waling and the stiffener demolished after used in an earth retaining construction site to be reused in the other earth retaining construction site so that a waste of materials can be prevented.
본 발명은 흙막이 띠장 스티프너에 관한 것으로, 좌, 우단에 오른나선 수나사부와 왼나선 수나사부가 구비된 버팀봉과 오른나선 수나사부와 왼나선 수나사부에 대응하는 오른나선 암나사부가 구비된 좌측 나사관과 왼나선 수나사부에 대응하는 왼나선 암나사부가 구비된 우측 나사관을 포함하여 띠장에 용접하지 않고 신속, 간편하게 결합할 수 있으며, 토압과 버팀보의 지지력에 의하여 띠장에 가해지는 전단하중 및 좌굴응력에 대응하여 전단저항력과 좌굴저항력을 조정 및 강화 수 있고, 추락방지수단을 구비하여 띠장의 웹 하부에 스티프너를 결합함에 있어서 스티프너의 추락을 방지하여 안전하게 시공할 수 있으며, 서로 결합된 띠장과 스티프너가 손상 없이 간편하게 탈거되어 띠장과 스티프너를 재사용할 수 있고, 흙막이 시공 현장에서 사용 후 철거된 띠장과 스티프너를 다른 흙막이 시공 현장에서 재사용할 수 있어 자재의 낭비를 방지할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
