Automatic locking device for Sliding Window with multi Functions
The present invention provides an automatic locking device for a sliding window with multiple functions, which can reduce the force required in an early stage of opening a window when operating an auxiliary opening means which helps when opening the window to improve operability when rotating a window handle, reduce slip friction between components, and shorten the longitudinal occupying space of the auxiliary opening means. The automatic locking device for a sliding window comprises an auxiliary opening means installed on a housing to push a window frame when opening a window. The auxiliary opening means includes: an arm member having a first rotary pin provided on a fixed end thereof and installed on the housing to be freely rotated and a pressing unit on the fixed end side, wherein a free end thereof rotates between a window locking position and a window opening position around the first rotary pin; a middle rotary body which has a second rotary pin installed on the housing between the arm member and a slider to be freely rotated, converts a straight-line motion of the slider into a rotary motion to press the pressing unit of the arm member, and applies a pressing force to be inclined in the rotating direction of the arm member; and an elastic member elastically installed between the housing and the middle rotary body to provide an elastic force in a direction in which the middle rotary body sticks to the pressing unit of the arm member.
본 발명은 창문 열때 도움을 주는 보조열림수단의 동작시 창문의 개방초기에 드는 힘을 감소시켜 창문손잡이 회전시 조작감을 향상시킬 수 있음과 동시에, 부품간에 발생하는 미끄럼 마찰을 감소시킬 수 있으며, 보조열림수단의 길이방향 점유공간을 단축시킬 수 있는 다기능 미닫이 창호용 자동잠금장치를 제공한다. 본 발명의 미닫이 창호용 자동잠금장치는, 하우징에 설치되어 창문 개방시 창틀을 밀어내는 보조열림수단을 더 포함하고, 상기 보조열림수단은, 상기 하우징에 회전자유롭게 설치되는 제1 회전핀을 고정끝단에 구비하고, 고정끝단측에 가압부가 구비되며, 자유끝단은 상기 제1 회전핀을 중심으로 창문잠금위치와 창문개방위치 사이에서 회전하는 아암부재와, 상기 아암부재와 슬라이더 사이의 하우징에 회전자유롭게 설치되는 제2 회전핀을 구비하고 슬라이더의 직선운동을 회전운동으로 전환하여 아암부재의 가압부를 가압하되, 아암부재의 회전방향으로 경사지게 가압력을 가하는 중간회전체와, 상기 하우징과 중간회전체 사이에 탄력 설치되어 중간회전체가 아암부재의 가압부에 밀착하는 방향으로 탄성력을 부여하는 탄성부재를 포함하여 이루어진다.
