The present invention relates to a metal panel for construction with a reinforced coupling portion and, more specifically, to a metal panel for construction with a reinforced coupling portion, which provides a metal panel used as an exterior material for construction, reinforces a coupling portion vertically formed by coupling side plates of the metal panel to each other to improve impact resistance, has a rust prevention layer formed by coating a composition for rust prevention coating on a surface exposed to the outside to improve corrosion resistance to form a metal panel for construction by using a relatively inexpensive metal as a material, and increases corrosion resistance to extend service life and increase economic efficiency. The metal panel for construction with a reinforced coupling portion comprises: a main body forming a prescribed area; a plurality of side plates provided on the circumference of the main body, and arranged to be bent through a bending line formed on a connection portion with the main body; a fixing flange provided with a fixing hole to be fixed and coupled to a fixing frame installed on an outer wall of a building and formed on the outer ends of the side plates; a coupling means consisting of a coupling groove and a coupling protrusion formed on each side plate to be meshed and coupled to each other when the side plate is bent to the main body to couple the plurality of side plates to each other; a reinforcing plate extended from both longitudinal ends of the plurality of side plates to the outside, and arranged to be bent to the side plate side; and a rust prevention layer formed by a composition for rust prevention coating coated on exposed surfaces of the sides plates and the main body.
본 발명은 결합부위 보강형 건축용 금속패널에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건축용 외장재로 사용하는 금속패널을 제공하되, 금속패널의 사이드판이 상호 결합하여 수직으로 형성된 결합부위를 보강하여 내충격성을 향상시키고 외부로 노출되는 면에 방청 코팅용 조성물을 도포하여 형성한 방청층이 구비되어 내부식성을 향상시킴으로써 상대적으로 저렴한 금속을 소재로 하여 건축용 금속패널을 형성하되 내부식성을 높여 사용 수명을 연장시키고 경제성을 높인 결합부위 보강형 건축용 금속패널에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 소정 면적을 형성하는 메인바디; 상기 메인바디의 둘레에 구비되며, 메인바디와의 연결 부위에 형성된 절곡선을 통해 절곡 가능하게 배치되는 다수 개의 사이드판; 상기 사이드판의 외측단에 형성되어 건축물 외벽에 설치된 고정용 프레임에 고정 결합하기 위한 고정공이 형성된 고정용플랜지; 상기 다수 개의 사이드판을 상호 결합하기 위하여 각각의 사이드판에 형성되어 사이드판이 메인바디로 절곡시 상호 맞물려 결합하는 결합홈과 결합돌기로 이루어진 결합수단; 상기 다수 개의 사이드판의 길이 방향 양단부에 각각 외측으로 연장 형성되며 상기 사이드판측으로 절곡 가능하게 배치되는 보강판; 및 상기 메인바디와 상기 사이드판의 노출된 면에 도포되는 방청 코팅용 조성물에 의해 형성되는 방청층;을 포함한다.

본 발명은 결합부위 보강형 건축용 금속패널에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 건축용 외장재로 사용하는 금속패널을 제공하되, 금속패널의 사이드판이 상호 결합하여 수직으로 형성된 결합부위를 보강하여 내충격성을 향상시키고 외부로 노출되는 면에 방청 코팅용 조성물을 도포하여 형성한 방청층이 구비되어 내부식성을 향상시킴으로써 상대적으로 저렴한 금속을 소재로 하여 건축용 금속패널을 형성하되 내부식성을 높여 사용 수명을 연장시키고 경제성을 높인 결합부위 보강형 건축용 금속패널에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은 소정 면적을 형성하는 메인바디; 상기 메인바디의 둘레에 구비되며, 메인바디와의 연결 부위에 형성된 절곡선을 통해 절곡 가능하게 배치되는 다수 개의 사이드판; 상기 사이드판의 외측단에 형성되어 건축물 외벽에 설치된 고정용 프레임에 고정 결합하기 위한 고정공이 형성된 고정용플랜지; 상기 다수 개의 사이드판을 상호 결합하기 위하여 각각의 사이드판에 형성되어 사이드판이 메인바디로 절곡시 상호 맞물려 결합하는 결합홈과 결합돌기로 이루어진 결합수단; 상기 다수 개의 사이드판의 길이 방향 양단부에 각각 외측으로 연장 형성되며 상기 사이드판측으로 절곡 가능하게 배치되는 보강판; 및 상기 메인바디와 상기 사이드판의 노출된 면에 도포되는 방청 코팅용 조성물에 의해 형성되는 방청층;을 포함한다.
