The present invention relates to a smart indoors entry/exit system which is able to automatically open/close a middle gate of an apartment building or a general house, to manage the entry/exit, to check and control the status of indoor devices when a person leaves, and to remotely monitor and control the indoor devices from outdoors. To this end, according to the present invention, the smart indoors entry/exit system comprises: a door unit which includes a linear motor which automatically moves a sliding door forward/backward; a control unit which integrates and controls the operation of indoor devices and the door unit; a controller installed on an indoor wall with the door unit installed, to be linked to the control unit and to display the operation status of the indoor devices and controls the operation of the door unit and the indoor devices; and a mobile device which is equipped with an application which is able to wirelessly access the control unit or the controller or both and to remotely monitor and control the indoor devices.
본 발명은 아파트나 일반 주택 등의 중문을 자동으로 개폐하고 출입을 관리할 수 있으며, 퇴거 시 바로 실내 기기의 상태 확인 및 제어가 가능하면서, 실외에서 실내 기기를 원격으로 감시 및 제어할 수 있는 스마트 실내 인출입 시스템에 관한 것이다. 상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 발명에 따른 스마트 실내 인출입 시스템은, 슬라이딩 도어를 자동으로 전후진시키는 리니어 모터를 포함하는 도어 유닛; 실내 기기들과 상기 도어 유닛의 작동을 통합하여 제어하는 제어유닛; 상기 도어 유닛이 설치된 실내측 벽체에 설치되며, 상기 제어유닛에 연동되어 상기 실내 기기들의 작동 상태를 디스플레이하면서 상기 도어 유닛과 실내 기기들의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러; 및 상기 제어유닛 또는 상기 컨트롤러 또는 이들 모두에 무선으로 접속하여 상기 실내 기기들의 원격 감시 및 원격 제어를 할 수 있는 어플리케이션이 탑재된 모바일기기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
