SOUNDPROOF WALL STRUCTURE FOR PREVENTION DEPARTURE OF SOUNDPROOF PLATE
The present invention relates to a soundproof facility having an easily attached and detached soundproof plate with a detachment preventing function, which can prevent the soundproof plate from being separated even when an interval between columns is variable due to external factors such as shrinkage deformation of foundation concrete, earthquakes or vehicle collisions, thereby improving maintenance efficiency of a soundproof wall. To this end, the soundproof facility having the easily attached and detached soundproof plate with the detachment preventing function, which is the soundproof wall, comprises: foundation concrete (10) formed on a lower portion; columns (20) fixedly installed on an upper portion of the foundation concrete (10) in a vertical direction, wherein the columns (20) have an H-shaped cross-section structure in which front surface plates (21) and back surface plates (22) are connected to each other by connecting plates (23); and soundproof plates (30) inserted and supported between each of the columns (20) in a stacked shape. The soundproof facility having the easily attached and detached soundproof plate with the detachment preventing function allows guide plates (40) for guiding front surface sides of the soundproof plates (30) to be fixedly formed on the front surface plates (21) of the columns (20), and allows guide angles (50) for guiding back surface sides of the soundproof plate (30) to be fixed to middle end portions of the connecting plates (23) of the columns (20) by bolt fastening, wherein the soundproof plates (30) have guide bolts (31) fixedly installed thereon and the guide angles (50) have guide holes (51) for guiding the guide bolts (31) while the guide holes (51) have a predetermined length.
본 발명은 방음판의 탈부착이 용이하며 탈락방지 기능이 구비된 방음시설에 관한 것으로서, 기초콘크리트의 수축 변형 또는 지진, 차량충돌 등과 같은 외부 요인으로 인해 지주간 간격이 가변되어지더라도 방음판의 이탈현상이 방지되어질 수 있게 됨으로써 방음벽의 유지관리 효율이 개선되도록 하기 위한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은, 하부에는 기초콘크리트(10)가 구성되고, 상기 기초콘크리트(10) 상부에는 지주(20)가 수직방향으로 고정 설치되되, 상기 지주(20)는 전면판(21)과 배면판(22)이 연결판(23)에 의해 연결되는 "H"형태의 단면 구조를 이루며, 상기 각 지주(20) 사이에는 방음판(30)이 적층 형태로 끼워져 지지되는 방음벽에 있어서, 상기 지주(20)의 전면판(21)에는 방음판(30)의 전면측을 가이드하기 위한 가이드플레이트(40)가 고정 구성되고; 상기 지주(20)의 연결판(23) 중단부에는 방음판(30)의 후면측을 가이드하기 위한 가이드앵글(50)이 볼트체결에 의해 고정되며; 상기 방음판(30)에는 가이드볼트(31)가 고정 설치되고; 상기 가이드앵글(50)에는 가이드볼트(31)의 안내를 위한 안내공(51)이 일정 길이를 이루어 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
