SECTIONAL SOUND PROOFING PANEL USING COMPRESSED CORK AND LIGHTWEIGHT AGGREGATE FOR REDUCING INTERLAYER NOISE OF BUILDING
Provided is a prefabricated composite soundproof panel using compressed cork and lightweight aggregate to reduce floor noise or the like. A sound insulation block is formed using compressed cork as a sound insulation material, a sound insulation panel is formed in a prefabricated manner by forming lightweight aggregate as a sound absorption material on the sound insulation block, and thus the sound insulation panel can be conveniently constructed. In addition, the lightweight aggregate, which is the sound absorption material, is additionally formed on the surface of the sound insulation material using the compressed cork, thereby improving sound and vibration absorption functions. In addition, when a compressed-cork block is formed, circular male and female joints are formed for each sound insulation block using compressed cork, and thus the sound insulation block can be easily and firmly assembled. In addition, when the compressed-cork block is formed, the side end surface of a unit sound insulation material protruds in a trapezoidal shape to increase the surface area for sound insulation, and thus sound insulation performance can be improved.
층간 소음 등을 저감시키기 위한 방음 패널로서, 차음재로서 압축코르크를 활용하여 차음블록을 형성하고, 흡음재로서 경량골재를 차음블록 상에 형성하여 조립식으로 방음 패널을 형성함으로서, 간편하게 방음 패널을 시공할 수 있고, 또한, 압축코르크를 이용한 차음재 표면에 흡음재인 경량골재를 추가로 형성하여 흡음 및 흡진 기능을 향상시킬 수 있으며, 또한, 압축코르크 블록 형성시 압축코르크 차음블록마다 원형의 암수 이음부를 형성함에 따라 간편하면서도 견고하게 조립할 수 있으며, 또한, 압축코르크 블록 형성시 단위 차음재의 측단면을 사다리꼴 형상으로 돌출시켜 차음 표면적을 증가시킴으로써 차음 성능을 향상시킬 수 있는, 층간소음 저감을 위한 압축코르크 및 경량골재를 활용한 조립식 복합 방음 패널이 제공된다.
