Door closers can be installed on doors
The present invention relates to a door closer device which comprises: a hinge block installed at any one between a door or a door frame; a hinge shaft member installed in the hinge block; a rotating plate member installed in the internal space of the hinge block to rotate around the hinge shaft member; a spring installed at one side of the rotating plate member so that the rotating plate member maintains a state of being in close contact with the hinge shaft member; and a piston movably installed within the hinge block by the rotation of the rotating plate member. The hinge block is installed at the door such that the hinge block can be easily installed, it is more convenient and easy to exchange, maintain and repair the hinge block when the hinge block is out of order, and rotational speed of the door can be freely adjusted by the control of a cap and a flow path control bolt as the hinge block is installed on the ground in a state of being exposed.
도어 클로저 장치에 관한 것으로, 도어 또는 문틀 중 어느 하나에 설치되는 힌지블록; 상기 힌지블록에 설치되는 힌지축부재; 상기 힌지블록의 내부공간에 상기 힌지축부재를 중심으로 회전 가능하게 설치되는 회전플레이트부재; 상기 회전플레이트부재가 상기 힌지축부재에 밀착된 상태를 유지하도록 상기 회전플레이트부재의 일측에 설치되는 스프링; 상기 회전플레이트부재의 회전에 의해 상기 힌지블록 내에 이동 가능하게 설치되는 피스톤;을 마련하여 힌지블록을 도어에 설치함으로써 힌지블록의 설치가 용이하게 되고, 힌지블록의 고장 시 힌지블록을 보다 간편하게 교체 및 유지, 보수를 용이하게 할 수 있으며, 힌지블록이 지면에 노출된 상태로 설치되어 마개 및 유로조절볼트의 조절에 의해 도어의 회전 속도를 자유로이 조절할 수 있다는 효과가 얻어진다.
