The present invention relates to a water diverting method of an intercepting sewer which can improve worker convenience. The water diverting method of an intercepting sewer comprises: a water-blocking packer installation step of arranging a water-blocking packer on an intercepting sewer of the front end of a front manhole and the rear end of a rear manhole in a section to be blocked, and then injecting air to block the flow of water; a pump and distributor installation step of installing a pump on a manhole immediately in front of the front manhole in the water-blocking packer installation step, coupling one side of a pipeline to the pump, and then coupling the other side of the pipeline to an inlet of a distributor consisting of an outlet, a chamber, and the inlet arranged on the ground; and a felt installation step of coupling one side of felt to the outlet of the distributor in the pump and distributor installation step, and arranging the other side of the felt on the intercepting sewer of the rear end of the rear manhole by using a felt installation and collection device. The water diverting method of an intercepting sewer can improve worker convenience and workability by easily installing and collecting felt by a moving means and the felt installation and collection device.

본 발명은 작업자의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 차집관거의 물돌리기 공법에 관한 것으로, 차단하고자 하는 구간의 전방향 맨홀 전단의 차집관거와 후방향 맨홀 후단의 차집관거에 물막이 패커를 배치한 후 공기를 주입하여 물의 유동을 차단하는 물막이 패커 설치단계와, 상기 물막이 패커 설치단계에서의 전방향 맨홀의 바로 전의 맨홀에 펌핑기를 설치하고, 펌핑기에 관로의 일측을 결합한 후, 지상에 배치되는 유입구와 챔버 및 배출구로 이루어진 분배기의 유입구에 관로의 타측을 결합하는 펌핑기 및 분배기 설치단계와, 상기 펌핑기 및 분배기 설치단계에서의 분배기의 배출구에 펠트의 일측을 결합하고, 타측은 펠트 설치 및 수거장치를 이용하여 후방향 맨홀 후단의 차집관거에 펠트의 일측을 배치하는 펠트 설치단계;를 포함하여 이루져 있어, 펠트 설치 및 수거장치 및 이동수단을 통해 펠트의 설치 및 수거가 용이하게 이루어져 작업자의 편의성 및 작업성을 향상시킬 수 있는 차집관거의 물돌리기 공법을 제공한다.
