Easily replaceable extension joint device for slab and how to replace expansion joints
The present invention relates to an easy-to-replace expansion joint device capable of easily replacing an existing expansion joint device as well as enabling easy replacement for maintenance after installation, and an expansion joint replacement method using the same. More specifically, the existing expansion joint device is removed, and then, a lower member is installed between protrusions of an opposed slab which is a joint of a bridge, and an upper member manufactured of precast concrete (PC) and including an expansion joint member is installed in an upper part of the lower member. Therefore, the easy-to-replace expansion joint device is capable of reducing time and costs for construction by having a structure in which the existing expansion joint device can be easily replaced and only the upper member can be replaced when the expansion joint device needs to be replaced again for maintenance.
본 발명은 기존의 신축이음장치를 교체하기 용이함은 물론 설치 이후에 유지보수를 위한 교체 또한 용이한 신축이음장치 및 이를 이용한 신축이음 교체방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게 설명하면, 기존의 신축이음장치를 제거한 후 교량의 이음부인 대향하는 슬라브의 단턱 사이에 하부부재를 설치하고, 상기 하부부재의 상부에 신축이음부재를 구비하는 프리캐스트콘트리트로(PC) 제작된 상부부재를 설치함으로써, 기존의 신축이음장치의 교체가 용이할 뿐만 아니라 유지보수를 위해 다시 신축이음장치의 교체가 필요할 때 상기 상부부재만을 교체할 수 있는 구조로 이루어져 시공시간 단축 및 시공비용을 절감할 수 있는 교체가 용이한 신축이음장치 및 이를 이용한 신축이음 교체방법에 관한 기술분야가 개시된다.
