Fixation device for mounting curtains and blinds together without using screws
The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus capable of mounting curtains and blinds together without using screws, which can be mounted at an installation place securing a space between two supporters. The fixing apparatus comprises: a housing (2) which includes a storage chamber (21) and has one side surface (22) mounted in full contact with a supporter (A) of the installation place; a bolt (3) of which a part of a body is exposed to the outside of the housing (2) and the rest part of the body is accommodated in the storage chamber (21) by penetrating another side surface (23) of the housing (2), wherein one end unit of the exposed body is in full contact with the supporter (A) of the installation place; a stopper (4) fastened with an area of the bolt (3) accommodated in the storage chamber (21); an elastic member (5) assembled between the side surface (22) of the housing (2) and the stopper (4) to allow an elastic force, which is accumulated in a compressed status, to push the bolt (3) and the housing (2) to the opposite directions when the elastic member is mounted on the supporter (A) of the installation place, so that the bolt (3) and the housing (2) are fixed in full contact with each supporter (A) in the installation place; and one or more fixing clips (6) detachably assembled with a lower surface (24) of the housing (2) by a fixing means to fix a curtain rail (C1), a curtain rod (C3), or a blind case (C2).
본 발명은 양측 지지대 사이에 공간이 확보된 설치장소에 장착이 가능한 스크류를 사용하지 않고 커튼과 블라인드를 함께 장착 가능한 고정장치에 관한 것으로, 이의 구성은 수납실(21)이 구비되고, 일측면(22)이 설치장소의 지지대(A)에 밀착된 상태로 장착되는 하우징(2); 몸체의 일부는 하우징(2) 외부에 노출되고 몸체의 나머지 부분은 하우징(2) 타측면(23)을 관통하여 수납실(21)에 수용되고, 노출된 몸체 일단부가 설치장소의 지지대(A)에 밀착된 상태로 장착되는 볼트(3); 상기 수납실(21)에 수용된 볼트(3) 영역에 체결되는 스토퍼(4); 하우징(2)의 일측면(22)과 스토퍼(4) 사이에 조립되고, 설치장소의 지지대(A)에 장착될 때 압축된 상태에서 축적된 탄성력이 볼트(3)와 하우징(2)을 서로 반대방향으로 밀어내 그들이 설치장소의 각 지지대(A)에 밀착된 상태로 고정되게 하는 탄성부재(5); 및 상기 하우징(2)의 저면(24)에 고정수단으로 착탈가능하게 조립되어 커튼레일(C1), 커튼봉(C3) 또는 블라인드 케이스(C2)를 고정하는 적어도 하나 이상의 고정클립(6);을 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a fixing apparatus capable of mounting curtains and blinds together without using screws, which can be mounted at an installation place securing a space between two supporters.
