Method for Manufacturing Segments of Segmental Girder using Match Casting and Separating Apparatus Between Old and New Segments in Match Casting and Method for Constructing Segmental Girder
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing segments of a segmental girder using match casting, a horizontal separating apparatus therefor, and a method for constructing a segmental girder using segment assembly, wherein the method for manufacturing segments of a segmental girder using match casting manufactures each segment forming the segmental girder by match casting. The method for manufacturing segments of a segmental girder using match casting separates a premanufactured existing segment and a new segment from each other in a horizontal direction by horizontally pulling a drawing wire in a bridge axis direction after concrete of the new segment is cured after the concrete is placed and the new segment is manufactured in a state of pre-installing the horizontal separating apparatus having the drawing wire, thereby effectively preventing a shear key formed to protrude from a bonding surface of the segments from being damaged.
본 발명은 분절거더를 이루는 각각의 세그먼트를 매치 캐스팅에 의해 제작함에 있어서, 인발와이어를 구비한 수평이격장치를 미리 설치한 상태로 콘크리트를 타설하여 신규 세그먼트를 제작한 후, 신규 세그먼트의 콘크리트 양생 후 인발와이어를 교축방향으로 수평하게 당김으로써 미리 만들어 놓았던 기존 세그먼트와 신규 세그먼트가 서로 수평방향으로 분리되도록 하여, 세그먼트의 접합면에 돌출 형성되는 전단키가 손상되는 것을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있는 "매치 캐스팅에 의한 분절거더의 세그먼트 제작방법, 이를 위한 수평이격장치, 및 세그먼트 조립에 의한 분절거더 시공방법"에 관한 것이다.
