SPACING REGULATOR AND ROTATIONAL QUICK COUPLER WITH IT
The present invention relates to a spacing regulator apparatus comprising: a main frame which is installed on an arm unit of an excavator and includes a connector and a connection plate; a power transfer unit which is installed on the connection plate to convert the direction of power and transfer the power; a driving unit which provides power to the power transfer unit; a rotary block which is installed on the power transfer unit and has a fixing hook having an attachment engaged therewith; an abrasion prevention unit which prevents the friction between the power transfer unit and the rotary block; and a pressurizing member which pressurizes the abrasion prevention unit, when the abrasion prevention unit is worn out and the space between the power transfer unit and the rotary block becomes greater, so that the abrasion prevention unit comes in full contact with the power transfer unit or the rotary block. The spacing regulator apparatus is able to prevent the main frame and the rotary block from being distanced or damaged by a load generated during work.
본 발명은, 굴삭기의 암대에 설치되고 연결대 및 연결플레이트가 구비되는 본체; 상기 연결플레이트에 설치되고 동력의 진행방향을 변환시켜 전달하는 동력전달부; 상기 동력전달부에 동력을 제공하는 구동부; 상기 동력전달부에 설치되고 어태치먼트가 결합되는 고정후크가 구비되는 회전블록; 상기 동력전달부와 상기 회전블록이 마찰되는 것을 방지하는 마모방지부; 및 상기 마모방지부가 마모되어 상기 동력전달부와 상기 회전블록 사이의 간격이 벌어지면 상기 마모방지부를 가압하여 상기 동력전달부 또는 상기 회전블록에 밀착시키는 가압부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
