Waterproofing method with asphalt shingles prevention function
The present invention relates to a waterproofing method having an asphalt shingle detachment prevention function and, more specifically, to a method capable of repairing and waterproofing a building where asphalt shingles are installed for finishing and waterproofing. The method includes: a preparation step of removing foreign substances and dust by cleaning the asphalt shingles installed in the building; a mesh placement step of covering the building with a mesh while covering the asphalt shingles; a mesh fixing step of fixing an edge part of the mesh, which is placed while covering the asphalt shingles, to the building; a waterproof layer formation step of forming a waterproof layer by applying waterproof paint to the mesh and the asphalt shingles; an uneven pattern part formation step of forming an uneven pattern part by pressing the surface of the waterproof layer with a pattern roller; and a finishing step of hardening the waterproof layer. According to the present invention, the waterproofing method having an asphalt shingle detachment prevention function is capable of forming a mesh and a waterproof layer while covering asphalt shingles without separating the asphalt shingles from the roof of a building during the procedure of repairing and waterproofing the asphalt shingles installed while covering the roof of the building, thereby considerably reducing construction time and reducing costs, and improving the quality of a constructed product and making a repairing effect long-lasting thanks to the formation of uniform repairing surfaces.
본 발명은 아스팔트 슁글 탈락 방지 기능을 갖는 방수공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 마감 및 방수를 위해 아스팔트 슁글들이 설치된 건축물을 보수하여 방수 시공하는 방법으로서, 상기 건축물에 설치된 아스팔트 슁글들을 세척하여 이물질이나 분진을 제거하는 사전준비단계; 상기 아스팔트 슁글들을 덮으면서 건축물에 그물망을 덮는 그물망배치단계; 상기 아스팔트 슁글들을 덮으면서 배치되는 상기 그물망의 테두리 부분을 상기 건축물에 고정시키는 그물망고정단계; 상기 아스팔트 슁글 및 상기 그물망에 방수도료를 도포하여 방수층을 형성시키는 방수층형성단계; 상기 방수층의 표면에 패턴롤러로 가압하여 요철패턴부를 형성시키는 요철패턴부 형성단계; 및 상기 방수층을 경화시키는 마감단계;를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 아스팔트 슁글 탈락 방지 기능을 갖는 방수공법을 제공한다. 본 발명인 아스팔트 슁글 탈락 방지 기능을 갖는 방수공법은 건축물의 지붕을 덮으면서 설치되는 아스팔트 슁글들을 보수하여 방수 시공하는 과정에서, 아스팔트 슁글들을 건축물의 지붕에서 분리하지 않고 아스팔트 슁글들을 덮으면서 그물망과 방수층을 형성시켜, 시공시간을 대폭 단축시킬 수 있고 비용을 절감할 수 있으며, 균일한 보수면을 형성시켜 시공품질을 향상시키고 보수 효과를 장기간 유지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
