An object of the present invention is to provide a pivotable rake flat screen device capable of collecting and removing various foreign materials introduced through a waterway. That is, the present invention comprises: a screen (10) supported on a waterway by a frame (12) to filter out the foreign materials; a plurality of support arms (20) installed to traverse the screen (10) and connected to a chain (22) provided at both ends of the screen (10) so as to perform orbital motion; a rake (30) installed on the support arms (20) to be able to pivot and including a rake blade (32) formed on one end thereof and engaged with the screen (10) to remove the foreign materials, and a cam rail (34) provided on a rear surface thereof; and a pusher pin (40) installed to protrude inward while elastically supported by a compression spring (S) on the support arms (20), and having an end portion supporting the cam rail (34). When the pivotable rake flat screen is used, a structure is improved in a way that the pusher pin protrudes by the compression spring and elastically presses and supports the cam rail and thus, during a process of removing the foreign materials, the rake can be safely protected from loads or impact.
본 발명은 수로를 통하여 유입되는 각종 협잡물을 포집하여 제거할 수 있는 선회가능한 레이크 평면스크린장치를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 프레임(12)에 의해 수로에 지지되어 협잡물을 걸러내도록 구비되는 스크린(10); 상기 스크린(10)을 횡단하도록 설치되고, 스크린(10) 양단에 마련되는 체인(22)에 연결되어 궤도운동 되도록 구비되는 복수의 지지암(20); 상기 지지암(20)에 선회운동 가능하게 설치되어, 일단에 스크린(10)과 맞물려 협잡물을 제거하는 갈퀴날(32)이 형성되고, 이면에 캠레일(34)이 구비되는 레이크(30); 및 상기 지지암(20)에 압축스프링(S)에 탄지된체 내향 돌출되게 설치되어 단부가 캠레일(34)을 지지하도록 구비되는 푸셔핀(40);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 선회가능한 레이크 평면스크린장치를 이용하면, 푸셔핀이 압축스프링에 의해 돌출되어 캠레일을 탄력적으로 가압 지지하도록 구조 개선됨에 따라 협잡물 제거공정을 수행하는 중에 부하나 충격으로부터 레이크가 안전하게 보호될 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
