PANEL INSTALLATION STRUCTURE OF PREFABRICATED ROOF IMPROVED DURABILITY
The present invention relates to a panel installation structure of a metal roof, which comprises: a lower base (10) which has a beam (90) installed at the lower portion and is installed at the upper portion of the beam (90); an insulation material (20) installed at the upper portion of the lower base (10); a waterproof sheet (30) installed at the upper portion of the insulation material (20); and a roof panel (40) installed at the upper portion of the waterproof sheet (30) such that the neighboring roof panel (40) may be installed in a scarf folding shape. A fixating member (50) is installed to allow the joint portion between the insulation material (20) and the waterproof sheet (30) installed at the upper portion of the lower base (10) to be solidly fixated. The fixating member (50) is fixated by a plurality of fixators (60) installed at an installation groove (11) formed at the lower base (10). Therefore, the metal roof including the roof panel (40), the insulation material (20) and the lower base (10) can be installed. Here, the fixating member (50) solidly couples the same to provide excellent durability. Furthermore, the roof panel (40) is fixedly installed by a fastening member (70) while being flexibly movable during earthquake resistance, thereby enabling the earthquake resistance design.
본 발명은 금속재 지붕의 패널설치구조에 있어서, 하부에 보(90)가 설치되고 보(90)의 상부에 설치되는 하부베이스(10)와, 상기 하부베이스(10)의 상부에 설치되는 단열재(20)와, 상기 단열재(20)의 상부에 설치되는 방수시트(30)와, 상기 방수시트(30)의 상부에 설치되어 이웃하는 지붕패널(40)이 거멀접이 형태로 설치되는 지붕패널(40)로 구성되며, 상기 하부베이스(10)의 상부에는 설치된 단열재(20)와 방수시트(30)의 이음부분이 견고하게 고정되도록 하는 고정부재(50)가 설치되고, 상기 고정부재(50)는 하부베이스(10)에 형성된 설치홈(11)에 설치되는 다수의 고정구(60)에 의해 고정되어 지붕패널(40), 단열재(20), 하부베이스(10)를 포함하는 금속재 지붕을 설치함에 있어 고정부재(50)에 의해 이들을 단단히 결합함에 따라 내구성이 높은 것이며, 지붕패널(40)을 체결부재(70)에 의해 고정설치하면서 내진시 유동적으로 움직일 수 있도록 함으로써 내진설계가 가능한 효과가 있다.
