SCULPTURE PANEL FOR DECORATING THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR WALL OF THE BUILDING
The present invention relates to a molding panel for decorating interior and exterior walls, capable of minimizing drying time so that a panel having molding can be manufactured rapidly in a large quantity, and having relatively high strength and durability to be properly used outdoors. The molding panel comprises: a panel portion in a flat plate shape; and a molding portion formed on an upper surface of the panel portion as a three-dimensional sculpture. The panel portion and the molding portion include 20-30 wt% of quick-drying cement, 10-15 wt% of lime powder, and 2-5 wt% of calcium chloride powder, and the rest is formed of a component of sand having a particle size of at least 0.6 mm, wherein the component is mixed with water and formed into dough, and then put into a molding frame and pressed to be molded while being heated.
본 발명은 건조시간을 최소화하여 조형을 가지는 패널을 신속하면서 대량으로 제조할 수 있도록 하고 상대적으로 높은 강도와 내구성을 가져 실외에도 적절히 사용할 수 있도록 하는 실내외 벽면 장식용 조형패널에 관한 것으로, 본 조형패널은 평평한 판 형상의 패널부와; 상기 패널부의 상면에 입체 조형물로 형성되는 조형부를; 포함하고, 상기 패널부와 조형부는, 속건성 시멘트 20 내지 30중량%, 석회 분말 10 내지 15중량%, 염화칼슘 분말 2 내지 5중량%을 포함하고, 나머지는 입자 크기가 최소한 0.6mm인 모래인 성분으로 이루어지며, 상기 성분이 물과 함께 혼합되어 반죽으로 형성된 후에 성형틀에 넣고 가열하면서 가압하여 성형되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
