A DEVICE FOR VERTICALLY MANUFACTURING GRID BEAM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GRID BEAM USING SAME
The present invention relates to a grid beam in which holes opening through the vertical direction are continuously formed on both left and right sides so that a frame of a structure has a grid shape in a plane. To this end, a manufacturing device comprises: a first shutter erected on a work floor and having a plurality of molds to be detachably attached to an inner flat plate thereof; a second shutter erected on the work floor to correspond to the first shutter and installed to form or open a concrete placement space by closing the inner side of the first shutter; and a bottom mold and an end mold respectively installed at the bottom and both sides of at least one of the first shutter and the second shutter. Accordingly, it is possible to produce high-quality grid beams while minimizing the manufacturing process and reducing the manufacturing period.
본 발명은 상하방향으로 관통 개방된 홀이 좌우 양측으로 연속 형성되어 구조체의 뼈대가 평면상으로 격자형상을 가지는 격자보와 관련되는 것으로서, 이를 위한 제작장치는 작업바닥면에 세워지면서 내평판에 다수 개의 성형몰드가 탈착되는 제1셔터와, 상기 제1셔터에 대응하도록 상기 작업바닥면에 세워지면서 제1셔터의 내측을 폐합하여 콘크리트 타설공간을 형성하거나 개방할 수 있도록 설치되는 제2셔터와, 상기 제1셔터와 제2셔터 중 적어도 어느 하나의 하부 및 양 측에 각각 설치되는 바닥몰드 및 마구리몰드로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
