SIS Permeable Concrete Composition Having Petroleum Resin Added Hydrogen Stylene Isoprene Stylene and Aggregate-powder of Improved Grain Size and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a drainable asphalt concrete composition comprising: 1 to 25 parts by weight of styrene isoprene styrene; 1 to 25 parts by weight of hydrogenated petroleum resin; 500 to 2,000 parts by weight of aggregate; 30 to 150 parts by weight of fine powder aggregate; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of cellulose fibers; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of wax; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of a peeling inhibitor; and 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of an antioxidant based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt. The drainable asphalt concrete composition according to the present invention has high cohesive power and high bonding power, so the composition has excellent low noise and drainage properties and minimizes the effect of changes in outside air temperature to prevent the occurrence of cracks, surface peeling, dropping (portholes), etc.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부를 기준으로, 스티렌이소프렌스티렌 1 내지 25중량부; 수소가 첨가된 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부; 골재 500 내지 2,000중량부; 미분말 골재 30 내지 150중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 0.1 내지 2중량부; 왁스 0.1 내지 2중량부; 박리방지제 0.1 내지 2중량부; 및 산화방지제 0.1 내지 2중량부를 포함하는 배수성 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 배수성 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 고응집력과 고결합력을 구비하여 저소음성 및 배수성이 우수하고, 외기온도변화에 따른 영향을 최소화하여 균열, 표면박리, 탈락(포트홀) 등의 발생을 방지할 수 있는 배수성 아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다.
