The present invention relates to a high flame retardant insulation material including foamed thermal insulation paint and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a high flame retardant insulation material suitable for a dryvit construction method and having an insulation material layer and a surface layer, wherein the surface layer has a coating layer of foamed thermal insulation paint. According to the present invention, provided is the high flame retardant insulation material which can have excellent insulation properties, enable roll processing, have beautiful appearance, be suitable for the dryvit construction method to allow easy construction, have excellent flame retardant properties, have excellent waterproofing properties, reduce the occurrence of harmful gas, and prevent flames caused by the insulation material from being scattered to remarkably prevent a fire from being spread when the fire occurs.
본 발명은 발포성 차열도료를 포함하는 고난연 단열재 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 특히 단열재층과 표면층을 포함하는 고난연 단열재로서, 상기 표면층은 발포성 차열도료의 코팅층을 가지는 드라이비트 공법에 적합한 고난연 단열재에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 단열성이 우수하며, 롤 가공이 가능하며, 외관이 수려하며, 특히 드라이비트 공법에 적합하여 시공성이 용이하며, 난연성이 우수하며, 방수성이 우수하며, 유해가스의 발생을 줄일 수 있으며, 화재발생시 단열재로 인한 화염의 비산을 막아 화재의 확장을 현저히 방지할 수 있는 고난연 단열재를 제공할 수 있다.
