Manhole angle and height adjustment
The present invention is to provide an angle and height adjustment device for a manhole, which comprises: a prop body (110) in which a support pipe (111) is vertically formed at the bottom; a support body (120) having an insertion pipe (121) vertically formed at the bottom to be inserted in the outer side of the support pipe (111) and fastening holes (122) formed at the top to fix a manhole (A); and adjustment units (130) formed between the prop body (110) and the support body (120) to adjust the height and angle. The adjustment unit (130) comprises: a support shaft (131) radially formed on the outer side of the prop body (110); a movable shaft (132) screwed to the center of the support shaft (131) to move in a vertical direction according to the direction of rotation; a lower support unit (133) arranged at the top of the movable shaft (132) and having a hemispherical lower rotating part (133a) formed at the top; a spherical rotating unit (134) radially formed on the outer side of the support body (120) to be inserted into the lower rotating part (133a); and an upper support unit (135) coupled to the top of the lower support unit (133) by forming a hemispherical upper rotating part (135a) to be seated on the top of the rotating unit (134). The present invention has an effect of smoothly adjusting the angle and the height of the manhole according to the height and angle of road surfaces. In particular, the present invention has an effect of improving work efficiency due to simple structure and convenient operation.
본 발명은 상부에 수직방향으로 지지관(111)을 형성하는 받침몸체(110); 하부에 수직방향으로 상기 지지관(111)의 외측에 삽입하도록 삽입관(121)을 형성하고 상부에 맨홀(A)을 고정하기 위한 체결공(122)을 구비하는 지지몸체(120); 상기 받침몸체(110)와 지지몸체(120)의 사이에 높이 및 각도를 조절할 수 있도록 형성하는 조절유닛(130);을 포함하되, 상기 조절유닛(130)은 상기 받침몸체(110)의 외측에 방사상으로 형성하는 지지축(131); 상기 지지축(131)의 중앙에 나사 결합하여 회전방향에 따라서 상하방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 형성하는 이동축(132); 상기 이동축(132)의 상부에 구비하되 상부에 반구 형상의 하부 회동부(133a)를 형성하는 하부 지지구(133); 상기 지지몸체(120)의 외측에 방사상으로 형성하여 상기 회동부(133a)의 내측에 삽입하는 구 형상의 회동구(134); 상기 회동구(134)의 상부에 안착하도록 반구 형상의 상부 회동부(135a)를 형성하여 상기 하부 지지구(133)의 상부에 결합하는 상부 지지구(135);를 포함하는 맨홀용 각도 및 높이 조절장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명은 도로면의 높이 및 각도에 따라서 맨홀의 각도 및 높이를 원활하게 조절할 수 있는 효과를 갖는다. 특히 본 발명은 구조가 간단하고 조작이 편리하여 작업효율을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 갖는다.

The present invention has an effect of smoothly adjusting the angle and the height of the manhole according to the height and angle of road surfaces.
