Easy-to-install safety door for factory construction
The present invention relates to a safety door for preventing a hand from being caught and facilitating on-site construction by factory assembly and, more specifically, to a safety door for preventing a hand from being caught and facilitating on-site construction by factory assembly which has a structure in which a door frame and a door fastening unit are integrally manufactured in advance in a factory and transported and a door can be immediately used simply by transporting the door frame and the door fastening unit to a construction location and fixing the door frame and the door fastening unit by a fixing means, and improves the structure to form a minute gap while portions corresponding to each other have an arc shape to prevent a conventional problem that a finger of a user is caught in a space between a rotating bar which is a portion where the door is rotated when opening and closing the door and a fixed bar to which the door is fastened to resolve the conventional problem and have the effect of entry prevention of external foreign substances and dust and protection against wind in comparison to a conventional technique. 본 발명은 공장조립에 의한 현장 시공이 용이한 손끼임방지형 안전도어에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 도어 프레임과 도어 체결부가 공장에서 사전에 일체로 제작되어진 상태로 운반되어져, 시공위치에서 운반된 상태로 고정수단에 의해 고정하는 간단한 시공만으로, 바로 도어의 사용이 가능한 구조를 가지도록 한 것이며, 도어의 개폐시 도어가 회동되는 부위인 회동바과 도어가 체결된 고정바 사이 공간으로, 기존에 사용자의 손가락이 끼이는 문제가 발생되지 않도록, 상호간의 대응부위가 원호 형태를 이루며 미세한 틈을 이루도록 구조를 개선하여, 기존의 문제를 해결함과 동시에, 기존에 비해 외부의 이물질, 먼지유입방지 및 방풍의 효과를 가지는 공장조립에 의한 현장 시공이 용이한 손끼임방지형 안전도어에 관한 것이다.
