The present invention relates to a concrete structure repairing mortar composition having excellent chemical resistance and durability with seismic performance, and a concrete structure repairing and seismic-reinforcing method using the same and, more specifically, to a concrete structure repairing and reinforcing mortar composition and a concrete structure repairing and seismic-reinforcing method using the same, wherein, in repairing and reinforcing a damaged portion of a deteriorated concrete structure, the concrete structure repairing mortar has an excellent effect of suppressing and repairing micro-cracks on an inner deep layer of the structure, improves durability and adhesion strength to maintain a repairing and reinforcing effect for a long time and be able to stably complete a repairing and reinforcing work in a short time, thereby having superior economic feasibility, can be promptly used on a construction site, thereby having excellent convenience in use, has excellent resistance against chemical erosion such as salt damage and freeze-thawing, and has even earthquake-proof performance. The method comprises a smoothing step, a primer applying step, a repairing mortar composition applying step, and a surface protective agent constructing step.
본 발명은 내화학성 및 내구성이 우수하며 내진 성능을 갖는 콘크리트 구조물 보수용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보수 및 내진 보강 공법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 구체적으로는 열화된 콘크리트 구조물의 손상 부분을 보수 및 보강함에 있어 내부 심층 미세 균열에 대한 억제 및 보수 효과가 우수하고, 내구성과 접착 강도를 향상시켜 보수보강 효과를 장기간 유지하는 동시에 단시간에 보수보강 공사를 안정적으로 완료할 수 있어 경제성도 우수하며, 현장에서 바로 사용할 수 있으므로 사용 편리성도 우수하고, 염해 등 화학적 침식 및 동결 융해에 대한 저항성이 우수한 특징을 가지며 내진 성능도 갖는 콘크리트 구조물 보수보강용 모르타르 조성물 및 이를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물 보수 및 내진 보강 공법을 제공한다.
