Drop panel having One Body Structure and method of constructing a structure using the drop panel
According to the present invention, an integrated drop panel is provided. The integrated drop panel includes: a plate premanufactured at a factory, and including an opening part penetrated by a rebar protruding to an upper part of a column part, when installed on the column part in a rectangular plate form; front, rear, left and right plates forming a concrete placement space therein by being combined erectly with front, rear, left and right corners of the plate, respectively; and a reinforcement material placed to be fixed to the concrete placement space. The plate, the front, rear, left and right plates and the reinforcement material are integrated. Thus, the integrated drop panel can be installed directly on a column part in a construction site without a process in which all or some of the plate, the front, rear, left and right plates and the reinforcement material are combined. Therefore, since the integrated drop panel is premanufactured at a factory and has an integrated structure, the panel does not require a separate assembly process in a construction site, thereby enabling convenient construction.
본 발명은 공장에서 미리 제작되고, 직사각형 플레이트 형상으로 컬럼부 상에 설치될 때, 상기 컬럼부 상부로 돌출되어 있는 철근이 통과할 수 있는 개구부가 형성되어 있는 판재, 상기 판재의 전측 모서리, 후측 모서리, 좌측 모서리 및 우측 모서리에 각각에 세워져서 결합됨으로써 내부에 콘크리트 타설 공간을 형성하는 전면판, 후면판, 좌면판, 우면판 및 상기 콘크리트 타설 공간에 고정되도록 배치되는 보강재를 포함하고, 상기 판재, 상기 전면판, 상기 후면판, 상기 좌면판, 상기 우면판 및 상기 보강재가 일체로 형성되어 있어서, 상기 판재, 상기 전면판, 상기 후면판, 상기 좌면판, 상기 우면판, 상기 보강재 전부 또는 일부를 결합하는 작업 없이 건축 현장의 컬럼부 상에 직접 설치 가능한 일체형 드롭 패널을 제공한다. 따라서 공장에서 미리 제작되고 일체형 구조를 가짐으로써 건축 현장에서 별도의 조립 공정이 필요하지 않아서 시공이 간편한 장점이 있다.
