DEFLECTION PREVENTION DEVICE FOR PROCESSED TRANSMISSION LINE
Provided is a deflection prevention device of an overhead transmission line which can prevent interference between parts. The deflection prevention device of an overhead transmission line comprises: a sensing unit in which an arm is installed to extend from a fixing ring member installed on an electric pole and when a transmission cable passing through a support ring installed at an end of an insulator installed to extend downward from the arm is deflected in a downward direction by a set value or more, a deflection signal is transmitted by detecting the same; a compensation driving unit returning the transmission cable to an original position while providing tension to the transmission cable while pulling a portion of the transmission cable upward or downward when the deflection signal transmitted from the sensing unit is received; a position fixing unit in which when the transmission cable is returned to an original state while the tension is provided to the transmission cable by operation of the compensation driving unit, the tension provided from the compensation driving unit is maintained to be provided to the transmission cable even if the compensation driving unit is shut off by restraining a power supply; and an interlocking unit which prevents interference between parts by driving the compensation driving unit and the position fixing unit at the same time.
본 발명은, 전주에 설치되는 고정링부재로부터 완금이 연장되게 설치되고, 상기 완금으로부터 하측으로 연장되게 설치되는 애자의 단부에 설치되는 지지링을 통과하는 송전케이블이 설정치 이상 하측 방향으로 처지면 이를 감지하여 처짐신호를 송신하는 센싱부; 상기 센싱부로부터 송신되는 처짐신호가 수신되면 송전케이블의 일부분을 상측으로 당기거나 하측으로 밀면서 송전케이블에 장력을 제공하면서 송전케이블을 원위치로 복귀시키는 보상구동부; 상기 보상구동부의 작동에 의해 송전케이블에 장력이 제공되면서 송전케이블이 원상태로 복귀되면 상기 보상구동부를 구속하여 전원을 차단하여도 상기 보상구동부로부터 제공되는 장력이 송전케이블에 제공되도록 유지시키는 위치고정부; 및 상기 보상구동부와 상기 위치고정부가 동시에 구동되어 부품들 사이에 간섭이 발생되는 것을 방지하는 연동부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
