A synthetic wood deck coupling structure with improved bonding convenience and bonding stability is disclosed. According to the present invention, the synthetic wood deck coupling structure comprises: a frame; a plurality of synthetic wood decks disposed on the frame and formed with coupling grooves on the side; a connecting member disposed between the coupling grooves of each of the plurality of synthetic wood decks to connect the plurality of synthetic wood decks; a cover member which is inserted and fixed between the coupling grooves of each of the plurality of synthetic wood decks and covers upper portions of the plurality of synthetic wood decks; and a fastening member for fixing the plurality of synthetic wood decks on the frame by fastening the connecting member and the frame. The connecting member includes a plate and a pair of bending portions formed integrally with the plate and bent downward from the plate along the centerline of the plate. The pair of bending portions are disposed between the plurality of synthetic wood decks to maintain a gap between the plurality of synthetic wood decks.
