The present invention relates to eco-friendly non-combustible foam for construction with thermal insulating and sound absorbing functions and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the manufacturing method includes the following steps of: a) manufacturing a foaming liquid in which microbubbles is formed by mixing an animal foaming agent, a coagulant, a rapid setting agent, and mixing water; b) manufacturing a suspension by mixing an inorganic mixture and water; and c) allowing the foaming liquid and the suspension to form a mixture by means of a mechanical device and allowing the mixture to be foamed and formed as the non-combustible foam.
본 발명은 a) 동물성 기포제, 응고제, 급결제 및 배합수를 혼합하여 미세기포가 형성된 기포액을 제조하는 단계; b) 무기질 혼합재와 물을 혼합하여 현탁액을 제조하는 단계; c) 상기 기포액과 상기 현탁액이 기계 장치에 의해 혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 혼합물이 발포되어 불연폼으로 제조하는 단계;를 포함하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단열, 흡음 기능을 갖는 건축용 친환경 불연폼 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
