The present invention relates to a shoe direction changing device, which is installed on the floor of a bathroom, automatically rotates a turntable on which a bathroom shoe is placed when a user takes off the bathroom shoe and closes a door to leave after using the bathroom to allow the bathroom shoe to be oriented forward when the door is opened in a next use so as to allow the user to easily wear the bathroom shoe. The shoe direction changing device of the present invention comprises: a base (10); a turntable (20) supported by a shaft (22) on the base (10), having a pinion gear (24) axially coupled to the outside of the shaft (22), and having a shoe placed on an upper portion thereof; a driving shaft (30) exposed to an upper portion of one side of the base (10), and axially coupled to a hinge shaft (S) of a door (D) to be rotated; a crank (40) rotated by rotation of the driving shaft (30); a connecting rod (50) having one end pin-coupled to the other end of the crank (40), and formed with a rack gear (52) engaged with the pinion gear (24) at one surface of the other side to be moved forward and backward in accordance with front and rear rotation of the driving shaft (30); and a guide mechanism (60) installed on the outside of the shaft (22) of the turntable (20), having the rack gear (52) to be engaged with the pinion gear (24) to rotate the turntable (20) at 180 degrees when the connecting rod (50) is retracted, and having the rack rear (52) to be spaced apart from the pinion gear (24) when the connecting rod (50) is moved forward.
본 발명은 예를 들면, 화장실 바닥에 설치되어 화장실 사용 후 욕실화를 벗고 문을 닫고 나가면 자동으로 욕실화가 올려진 턴테이블이 회전하도록 하여 다음 사용시 문을 열면 욕실화가 앞을 향하도록 되어 있어 욕실화의 착용을 용이하게 할 수 있도록 한 것으로, 베이스(10)와; 상기 베이스(10)에 축(22)으로 지지되고, 상기 축(22) 외곽으로 피니언기어(24)가 축결합되며, 상부에 신발이 올려지는 턴테이블(20)과; 상기 베이스(10)의 일측 상부로 노출되며 문(D)의 힌지축(S)에 축결합되어 회전되는 구동축(30)과; 상기 구동축(30)의 회전에 의해 회동하는 크랭크(40)와; 상기 크랭크(40)의 타단에 일단이 핀결합되고 타측 일면에는 상기 피니언기어(24)에 맞물리는 랙기어(52)가 형성되어 상기 구동축(30)의 전후 회동에 따라서 전,후진하는 커넥팅로드(50)와; 상기 턴테이블(20)의 축(22) 외곽에 설치되어 커넥팅로드(50)가 후퇴할 때에는 랙기어(52)가 피니언기어(24)에 맞물려 턴테이블(20)이 180도 각도만큼 회전하도록 하고, 상기 커넥팅로드(50)가 전진할 때에는 랙기어(52)가 피니언기어(24)에서 이격되도록 하는 가이드기구(60);를 포함하여 이루어진다.
The present invention relates to a shoe direction changing device, which is installed on the floor of a bathroom, automatically rotates a turntable on which a bathroom shoe is placed when a user takes off the bathroom shoe and closes a door to leave after using the bathroom to allow the bathroom shoe to be oriented forward when the door is opened in a next use so as to allow the user to easily wear the bathroom shoe. The shoe direction changing device of the present invention comprises: a base (10); a turntable (20) supported by a shaft (22) on the base (10), having a pinion gear (24) axially coupled to the outside of the shaft (22), and having a shoe placed on an upper portion thereof; a driving shaft (30) exposed to an upper portion of one side of the base (10), and axially coupled to a hinge shaft (S) of a door (D) to be rotated; a crank (40) rotated by rotation of the driving shaft (30); a connecting rod (50) having one end pin-coupled to the other end of the crank (40), and formed with a rack gear (52) engaged with the pinion gear (24) at one surface of the other side to be moved forward and backward in accordance with front and rear rotation of the driving shaft (30); and a guide mechanism (60) installed on the outside of the shaft (22) of the turntable (20), having the rack gear (52) to be engaged with the pinion gear (24) to rotate the turntable (20) at 180 degrees when the connecting rod (50) is retracted, and having the rack rear (52) to be spaced apart from the pinion gear (24) when the connecting rod (50) is moved forward.
