Non-drain sheet type finger type expansion joint
An objective of the present invention is to provide a finger-shaped expansion joint of a drain-free sheet type. According to the present invention, the finger-shaped expansion joint of a drain-free sheet type comprises: a base plate (10) having an upward support (12) formed on one end thereof, and a first finger plate (P) provided on the other end of the outside thereof to be fastened by a bolt (B); a support block (20) installed on an upper portion of the outside of the base plate (10) to separate the first finger plate (P) and the base plate (10) from each other to form an expansion space (22); a cover plate (30) installed on a deck slab (1′) on an opposite side where the base plate (10) is not installed such that one end thereof is extended to be overlapped with the base plate (10) and form a downward support (32) at the end, and the other end of the outside thereof is coupled to stick to the lower surface of a second finger plate (P′) by the bolt (B) to finish a finger groove (P1′) of the second finger plate (P′) from below; and elastic foam (40) installed in the expansion space (22) corresponding to an area between the support block (20) and the downward support (32) of the cover plate (30) to finish a finger groove (P1) of the first finger plate (P) from below. Accordingly, when the finger-shaped expansion joint of a drain-free sheet type is used, rainwater or a foreign substance does not enter between finger plates without a separate drain sheet, and maintenance and repair are not required.
본 발명은 무배수시트 타입 핑거형 신축이음장치를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 일단에 상향 지지대(12)가 형성되고, 외측 타단에 제 1핑거플레이트(P)가 볼트(B) 체결되도록 구비되는 베이스플레이트(10); 상기 베이스플레이트(10)의 외측 상부에 설치되어, 제 1핑거플레이트(P)와 베이스플레이트(10) 사이를 이격시켜 신축공간부(22)를 형성하도록 구비되는 받침블록(20); 베이스플레이트(10)가 설치되지 않는 반대 측 상판 슬래브(1')에 설치되어, 일단이 베이스플레이트(10)와 중첩되도록 연장되면서 단부에 하향 지지대(32)가 형성되고, 외측 타단은 볼트(B)에 의해 제 2핑거플레이트(P') 저면에 밀착되게 결합되어 제 2핑거플레이트(P')의 핑거홈(P1')을 하부에서 마감하는 커버플레이트(30); 및 상기 커버플레이트(30)의 하향 지지대(32)와 받침블록(20) 사이 영역에 대응하는 신축공간부(22) 내에 설치되어 제 1핑거플레이트(P)의 핑거홈(P1)을 하부에서 마감하도록 구비되는 탄성폼(40);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 무배수시트 타입 핑거형 신축이음장치를 이용하면, 별도의 배수시트 없이 핑거플레이트 사이로 빗물이나 이물질이 유입되지 않고, 유지보수가 불필요하다는 장점이 있다.

An objective of the present invention is to provide a finger-shaped expansion joint of a drain-free sheet type. According to the present invention, the finger-shaped expansion joint of a drain-free sheet type comprises: a base plate (10) having an upward support (12) formed on one end thereof, and a first finger plate (P) provided on the other end of the outside thereof to be fastened by a bolt (B); a support block (20) installed on an upper portion of the outside of the base plate (10) to separate the first finger plate (P) and the base plate (10) from each other to form an expansion space (22); a cover plate (30) installed on a deck slab (1′) on an opposite side where the base plate (10) is not installed such that one end thereof is extended to be overlapped with the base plate (10) and form a downward support (32) at the end, and the other end of the outside thereof is coupled to stick to the lower surface of a second finger plate (P′) by the bolt (B) to finish a finger groove (P1′) of the second finger plate (P′) from below; and elastic foam (40) installed in the expansion space (22) corresponding to an area between the support block (20) and the downward support (32) of the cover plate (30) to finish a finger groove (P1) of the first finger plate (P) from below. Accordingly, when the finger-shaped expansion joint of a drain-free sheet type is used, rainwater or a foreign substance does not enter between finger plates without a separate drain sheet, and maintenance and repair are not required.
본 발명은 무배수시트 타입 핑거형 신축이음장치를 제공코자 하는 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 일단에 상향 지지대(12)가 형성되고, 외측 타단에 제 1핑거플레이트(P)가 볼트(B) 체결되도록 구비되는 베이스플레이트(10); 상기 베이스플레이트(10)의 외측 상부에 설치되어, 제 1핑거플레이트(P)와 베이스플레이트(10) 사이를 이격시켜 신축공간부(22)를 형성하도록 구비되는 받침블록(20); 베이스플레이트(10)가 설치되지 않는 반대 측 상판 슬래브(1')에 설치되어, 일단이 베이스플레이트(10)와 중첩되도록 연장되면서 단부에 하향 지지대(32)가 형성되고, 외측 타단은 볼트(B)에 의해 제 2핑거플레이트(P') 저면에 밀착되게 결합되어 제 2핑거플레이트(P')의 핑거홈(P1')을 하부에서 마감하는 커버플레이트(30); 및 상기 커버플레이트(30)의 하향 지지대(32)와 받침블록(20) 사이 영역에 대응하는 신축공간부(22) 내에 설치되어 제 1핑거플레이트(P)의 핑거홈(P1)을 하부에서 마감하도록 구비되는 탄성폼(40);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 무배수시트 타입 핑거형 신축이음장치를 이용하면, 별도의 배수시트 없이 핑거플레이트 사이로 빗물이나 이물질이 유입되지 않고, 유지보수가 불필요하다는 장점이 있다.
