The present invention relates to a non-point pollution source reduction facility configured to prevent stagnant water and sludge from moving to a tertiary water collecting tank during a backwashing operation while filtering foreign matter contained in initial rain water, thereby improving efficiency in the backwashing operation and enhancing the quality of water. The non-point pollution source reduction facility comprises: primary, secondary, and tertiary water collecting tanks; a filtering unit installed on the secondary water collecting tank; primary and secondary backwashing units; and a buoy module. In the primary water collecting tank, a stagnant water pump, a buffle plate, and a check valve are installed such that sludge and stagnant water in the primary and secondary water collecting tanks can be treated without installing a pump on each water tank, such that economic feasibility and efficiency of the backwashing operation can be increased. Overflow of stagnant water, occurring during the backwashing operation of the filtering unit in the secondary water collecting tank, can be prevented through the buoy module between the secondary and tertiary water collecting tanks, and thus, it is possible to backwash the inside of the secondary water collecting tank and the filtering unit using clean water in the tertiary water collecting tank.
본 발명은 초기우수에 포함된 이물질을 여과하면서 역세척시 정체수 및 슬러지가 3차 집수조로 이동하지 못하도록 하여 역세척의 효율성 및 수질을 향상시킬 수 있는 비점오염저감시설에 관한 것으로, 1, 2, 3차 집수조, 2차 집주소에 설치된 여과유닛, 1, 2차 역세척부 및 부표모듈을 포함하여 이루어져 있어, 1차 집수조에 정체수 펌프, 버플플레이트, 역지변을 설치하여 1, 2차 집수조 내의 슬러지, 정체수를 각 수조마다의 펌프를 설치하지 않더라도 실시하여 역세척의 경제성 및 효율성을 높일 수 있고, 2, 3차 집수조 사이의 부표모듈을 통해 2차 집수조 내의 여과유닛의 역세척시 정체수가 월류되는 현상을 방지하여 3차 집수조의 깨끗한 물을 이용해 2차 집수조 내 및 여과유닛을 역세척할 수 있는 비점오염저감시설을 제공한다.
