The present invention relates to a bridge expansion joint device for preventing the inflow of foreign matter, wherein foreign matter which enters through a gap between finger parts, such as gravel, is effectively blocked almost at the height of finger plates by a blocking plate located closely along a lower surface of the finger plates, and damage to the blocking plate, caused by a change in a gap between bridge decks, can be minimized. The present invention comprises: a pair of supports installed on bridge decks facing each other, respectively; a pair of finger plates coupled to upper surfaces of the supports, respectively, and having finger parts protruding alternately so as to cross each other; a guide member installed on a support at one side of the pair of supports; and a bending blocking plate located closely along lower surfaces of the pair of finger plates to block a gap between the finger parts, having one end part fixed to an upper end part of a support at the other side, and the other end part that passes through the guide member and is bent downward so as to be provided as a liftable free end, and configured to respond, when a gap between the bridge decks is changed, to the change by changing a bent area that passes through the guide member without expansion and contraction.
본 발명은 이물질 차단형 교량용 신축이음장치에 관한 것으로, 핑거플레이트의 하면을 따라 밀접하게 위치하는 차단판에 의해 핑거부 틈새를 통해 유입되려는 자갈 등의 이물질을 거의 핑거플레이트 높이에서 효과적으로 차단하면서도 교량 상판 간 이격 변화에 따른 차단판의 손상을 최소화한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 서로 마주하는 교량 상판에 각각 설치된 한 쌍의 지지체; 상기 지지체의 상면에 각각 결합되며 서로 교차 가능하도록 교호하게 돌출된 핑거부를 구비한 한 쌍의 핑거플레이트; 상기 한 쌍의 지지체 중 일측에 위치한 일 지지체의 측벽에 설치된 가이드부재; 및 상기 한 쌍의 핑거플레이트 하면을 따라 밀접하게 위치하여 핑거부 틈새를 차단하되, 일단부는 타측에 위치한 타 지지체의 상단부에 고정되고 타단부는 상기 가이드부재를 경유한 후 하방으로 굴절되어 승강 가능한 자유단으로 구비되어, 교량 상판 간 이격 변화 시 상기 가이드부재를 경유하는 굴절 부위를 변화시키면서 신축 없이 대응할 수 있도록 한 굴절 차단판;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
