WETTING APPARATUS FOR ASBESTOS REMOVING WORK
The present invention relates to a wetting apparatus for asbestos removing work which can easily spray a wetting solution to eliminate a burden on a worker who performs asbestos removing work while allowing a single worker to quickly perform the asbestos removing work in a removing work process of asbestos to reduce work costs and quickly perform the asbestos removing work through process simplification. The wetting apparatus for asbestos removing work comprises: a frame having a plurality of moving wheels on a lower portion thereof to be moved along a floor surface in a work space for asbestos removing work; a vertical support vertically erected and installed on an upper portion of the frame; a horizontal support wherein one end thereof is coupled to the upper end of the vertical support, and the other end thereof is horizontally extended; a wetting spray tube coupled to the horizontal support in parallel with the horizontal support; one or more flexible hoses wherein one end thereof is coupled to communicate with the wetting spray tube, and a spray nozzle is provided on the other end thereof; a wetting tank which is fixed and installed on an upper portion of the frame, and stores a wetting solution therein; a wetting pump to pump the wetting solution stored in the wetting tank to the wetting spray tube via a wetting connection tube; and a control unit to control the operation of the wetting pump.
본 발명은 석면의 해체 및 제거 작업과정에서 작업자 1인이 신속하게 석면제거 작업을 하면서도 석면제거작업을 하는 작업자에 부담이 없도록 습윤액의 분무가 용이하게 이루어질 수 있도록 하여 공정의 단순화를 통해 작업비용을 저감시키면서 신속한 석면의 해체 및 제거작업을 이루어낼 수 있는 석면해체 및 제거작업용 습윤장치에 관한 것으로, 석면해체 및 제거작업을 위한 작업공간의 내부 바닥면을 따라 이동 가능하도록 하부에 복수의 이동휠이 구비된 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 상부에 수직으로 직립하여 설치된 세로지지대와, 일단이 상기 세로지지대의 상단에 결합되고, 타단이 수평으로 연장된 가로지지대와, 상기 가로지지대에 평행하게 결합된 습윤분사튜브와, 일단이 상기 습윤분사튜브에 연통되도록 결합되고, 타단에 분사노즐이 구비된 하나 이상의 플렉시블호스와, 상기 프레임의 상부에 고정 설치되고, 내부에 습윤액이 저장되는 습윤탱크와, 상기 습윤탱크의 내부에 저장된 습윤액을 습윤연결튜브를 매개로 상기 습윤분사튜브로 펌핑하는 습윤펌프와, 상기 습윤펌프의 작동을 제어하는 제어부를 포함하여 이루어진다.
