Fixed device for processing distribution line with lightning protection function
The present invention relates to an apparatus for fixing a processing distribution line with a lightning protection function, including: a lightning arrester (10) having a cone shape, including a ground wire (GL), and covered on an upper end of an electric pole (P) so as to be fixed through a fixing device; steel crossarms (20) arranged to face each other with respect to the electric pole (P) to guide an insulator (30) through a guide path (25) so that the insulator (30) is movable while supporting the insulator (30); the insulator (30) moved along the guide path (25) of the steel crossarm (20), and removably fitted into first and second reception holes (22, 23) to insulate a distribution line (L) from the steel crossarm (20) so that the distribution line (L) is prevented from making electrical contact with the steel crossarm (20); a stopper (40) installed on a side surface of the steel crossarm (20) to cross a first cutout part (25a) of the steel crossarm (20) so as to limit an excessive movement of the insulator (30); and a jumper wire support mechanism (50) detachably installed on a jumper wire (J) for interconnecting distribution wires (L) to limit a transverse movement of the jumper wire (J). Accordingly, the lightning arrester is installed on the electric pole so that damage caused by lightning is prevented in advance, the jumper wire support mechanism is used to easily and conveniently fix the jumper wire and stably support the jumper wire, and the insulator is switched into an LP type and a suspended type to perform a work on a site depending on purpose of use so that versatility and convenience of the work are improved.
본 발명은 피뢰기능탑재 가공배전라인 고정기기에 관한 것으로서, 접지선(GL)을 갖추고서 전신주(P)의 상단에 씌워져 고정수단을 매개로 고정되는 꼬깔모양의 피뢰기(10); 전신주(P)를 기준으로 상호 대향되게 배치되어 애자(30)를 지지하면서 애자(30)가 이동될 수 있게 안내로(25)를 매개로 가이드하는 완철(20); 완철(20)의 안내로(25)를 따라 이동되며 제1·2수용홀(22,23)에 삽탈가능하게 끼워져 배전선(L)과 완철(20)이 전기적으로 접촉되지 않게 절연하는 애자(30); 완철(20)의 제1절개부(25a)를 가로지르도록 측면에 설치되어 애자(30)의 과도한 이동을 제한하는 스토퍼(40); 배전선(L)을 상호 연결하는 점퍼선(J)에 착탈가능하게 설치되어 점퍼선(J)의 횡진을 제한하는 점퍼선지지기구(50);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 피뢰기를 전신주에 설치해 줌으로서 낙뢰로 인한 피해를 미연에 예방할 수 있고, 점퍼선지지기구를 이용해 점퍼선을 쉽고 간편하게 고정해 줄 수 있음은 물론 안정적으로 지지할 수 있으며, 사용목적에 따라 현장에서 애자를 LP타입과 현수타입으로 전환하여 작업할 수 있기 때문에 범용성 및 작업의 편의성이 향상시킬 수 있는 이점이 있다.

Accordingly, the lightning arrester is installed on the electric pole so that damage caused by lightning is prevented in advance, the jumper wire support mechanism is used to easily and conveniently fix the jumper wire and stably support the jumper wire, and the insulator is switched into an LP type and a suspended type to perform a work on a site depending on purpose of use so that versatility and convenience of the work are improved.
