SEBS Water-Impermeable Waterproof Asphalt Concrete Compositions Comprising Styrene Ethylene Butylene Styrene and Constructing Methods Using Thereof
The present invention provides a water-impermeable waterproof asphalt concrete composition comprising styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS). The water-impermeable waterproof asphalt concrete composition comprises, based on 100 parts by weight of asphalt: 1 to 25 parts by weight of an SEBS copolymer; 1 to 25 parts by weight of a petroleum resin; 500 to 2,000 parts by weight of aggregates; 30 to 150 parts by weight of fine powder aggregates; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a modifier; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of cellulose fiber; 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of wax; and 0.1 to 2 parts by weight of an antioxidant. The water-impermeable waterproof asphalt concrete composition according to the present invention, specifically, the water-impermeable waterproof asphalt concrete composition comprising SEBS has good waterproof performance and durability, can prevent plastic deformation, aging, and/or peeling from occurring easily, can enable a placing process to be easily carried out at low costs, can prevent pavement subsidence, and can secure support force.
본 발명은 아스팔트 100중량부 기준으로, 스티렌에틸렌부틸렌스티렌 공중합체 1 내지 25중량부; 석유수지 1 내지 25중량부; 골재 500 내지 2,000중량부; 미분말 골재 30 내지 150중량부; 개질제 1 내지 10중량부; 셀룰로오스 섬유 0.1 내지 2중량부; 왁스 0.1 내지 2중량부; 및 산화방지제 0.1 내지 2중량부를 포함하는 SEBS를 포함하는 불투수성 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 불투수성 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물, 특정적으로 SEBS를 포함하는 불투수성 방수아스팔트 콘크리트 조성물은 방수성 및 내구성이 좋고, 소성변형, 노화 및/또는 박리가 쉽게 발생하지 않으면서도, 저비용으로 타설공정을 용이하게 수행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 포장침하를 방지하고, 지지력을 확보할 수 있도록 하는 등의 효과가 있다.

The present invention provides a water-impermeable waterproof asphalt concrete composition comprising styrene ethylene butylene styrene (SEBS).
