SEMI-INFLAMMABLE INSULATION MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR MAMUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention provides a semi-non-combustible insulation material with improved fire-resistant performance and easy fire-resistant construction and a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment, the semi-non-combustible insulation material includes: an insulation layer having a flat plate shape; and a thermal shield sheet surrounding a surface of the insulation layer by including at least one side surface of the insulation layer, wherein the thermal shield sheet includes: a non-combustible fiber layer; and a non-combustible coating layer formed by applying and drying a foamed fire-resistant coating agent including 30 to 40 wt% of aqueous acrylic resin, 15 to 25 wt% of expanded graphite, 10 to 15 wt% of non-halogen-based flame retardants, 7 to 11 wt% of talc, 2 to 5 wt% of oxidized starch, and 2 to 4 wt% of additives on one surface or both surfaces of the non-combustible fiber layer.
본 발명은 내화 성능 향상 및 내화 시공이 용이한 준불연 단열재 및 그 제조방법을 제공하기 위한 것으로, 실시예에 따른 준불연 단열재는 평편형태를 갖는 단열재층; 및 적어도 어느 하나의 상기 단열재층 측면을 포함하여 상기 단열재층 표면을 감싸는 차열시트를 포함할 수 있고, 상기 차열시트는 불연섬유층; 및 상기 불연섬유층의 일면 또는 양면에 수성 아크릴수지 30 내지 40 중량%, 팽창흑연 15 내지 25 중량%, 비-할로겐계 난연제 10 내지 15 중량%, 탈크 7 내지 11 중량%, 산화전분 2 내지 5 중량% 및 첨가제 2 내지 4 중량%를 포함하는 발포성 내화 코팅제를 도포 및 건조하여 형성된 불연코팅층을 포함할 수 있다.

The present invention provides a semi-non-combustible insulation material with improved fire-resistant performance and easy fire-resistant construction and a manufacturing method thereof.
