The present invention relates to a one-touch reinforcing bar coupler with a locking means. According to the present invention, the one-touch reinforcing bar coupler with a locking means comprises: a joint member having an insertion hole formed at the center thereof; first and second piece bodies; an elastic body inserted into the insertion hole and positioned between the first and second piece bodies; and the locking means. According to the present invention, a reinforcing bar connection operation can be quickly and conveniently carried out.
본 발명은 철근 골조를 이루기 위해 두 개의 철근 단부를 길이방향으로 연결하여 이음하는 잠금수단이 구비된 원터치 철근 커플러에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 편체를 가압하여 편체와 이음부재 간의 틈을 없애 철근을 연결한 후 발생하는 초기 슬립 현상이 해소할 수 있는 잠금수단이 구비된 원터치 철근 커플러에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명은 두 개의 철근 단부를 연결하여 이음하는 것으로서; 일측과 타측이 서로 나사식으로 체결되고 중심에 길이방향을 따라 상기 철근의 단부가 삽입되는 삽입홀이 관통 형성되며 일측에 상기 삽입홀과 연통하는 회전안내홀이 원주방향을 따라 관통 형성되는 이음부재; 상기 삽입홀의 일단과 타단에 각각 복수 개씩 삽입되고 서로 간격을 두고 원형으로 배열되어 중심에 상기 철근의 단부가 각각 삽입되는 압착홀을 각각 형성하며 내주면에 복수 개의 압착래치가 돌출 형성되는 제1,2편체; 상기 삽입홀에 삽입되고 상기 제1,2편체의 사이에 위치되어 상기 압착홀의 내경을 축소시켜 상기 압착래치가 상기 철근의 단부를 압착 고정하도록 탄성력을 발휘하여 상기 제1,2편체를 외측방향으로 가압하는 탄성체; 및 상기 삽입홀에 삽입되고 상기 탄성체를 내측에 두고 상기 제1,2편체의 사이에 위치되며 일측 외주면에 상기 회전안내홀을 통해 외부로 노출되는 회전조작편이 구비되고 상기 회전조작편을 통해 회전 조작함에 따라 길이가 연장되면서 상기 탄성체와 함께 상기 제1,2편체를 외측방향으로 더 가압하여 상기 제1,2편체의 외주면과 상기 이음부재의 상기 삽입홀 내주면 간의 틈새를 없애 상기 제1,2편체의 위치를 고정시키는 잠금수단;을 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 잠금수단이 구비된 원터치 철근 커플러를 기술적 요지로 한다.
