The present invention relates to a movable anchor apparatus for constructing a masonry wall which improves earthquake resistance and safety. The movable anchor apparatus for constructing a masonry wall comprises: a vertical guider (10) buried and installed in an outer wall (1) of a building, and provided with a guide groove (11) extended in a longitudinal direction therein and an opening part (12) extended in the longitudinal direction from the front surface thereof, communicating with the guide groove (11), and installed to be exposed to the outside from the outer water (1); an anchor bracket (20) including a bracket body (21) formed to have a longer vertical length (L) and a smaller width (W2) than the width (W1) of the guide groove (11) of the vertical guider (10), and an anchor bar (24) integrally protruding from the outer wall (1) to the outside through the opening part (12) of the vertical guider (10) from the bracket body (21), and having a pair of pressing units (22, 23) provided on opposing portions of an upper and a lower side of the bracket body, and pressed on a front and a rear inner wall of the guide groove (11) of the vertical guider (10) while being integrally rotated with the anchor bar (24) as the anchor bar (24) is vertically rotated around the bracket body (21) to fix the position of the bracket body (21) on the vertical guider (10); and a joint insert (30) coupled to the anchor bar (24) of the anchor bracket (20), and inserted into a joint (3a) between masonry bricks vertically stacked on the outside of the outer wall (1).
본 발명은 건물의 외벽(1)에 매입 설치되며, 내부에는 가이드홈(11)이 길이방향을 따라 연장되고 전면에는 가이드홈(11)과 연통되며 외벽(1)에서 외부로 노출되도록 설치되는 개구부(12)가 길이방향을 따라 연장된 수직가이더(10); 상기 수직가이더(10)의 가이드홈(11)의 폭(W1)보다 폭(W2)은 작고 상하길이(L)는 길게 형성되어 상기 가이드홈(11)을 따라 승강되는 브래킷몸체(21)와, 이 브래킷몸체(21)에서 수직가이더(10)의 개구부(12)를 통해 외벽(1)에서 외부로 일체로 돌출된 앵커바(24)를 포함하며, 상기 브래킷몸체(21)의 상측 및 하측의 대향되는 부위에는 상기 앵커바(24)가 브래킷몸체(21)를 중심으로 상하회동됨에 따라 앵커바(24)와 일체로 회동되면서 수직가이더(10)의 가이드홈(11)의 전후 내벽에 가압되어 브래킷몸체(21)를 수직가이더(10)에 위치고정시키는 한 쌍의 가압부(22,23)가 구비된 앵커브래킷(20); 및 상기 앵커브래킷(20)의 앵커바(24)에 결합되며 외벽(1)의 외부에 상하로 적층된 조적벽돌(3) 사이의 줄눈(3a)에 삽입되는 줄눈인서트(30);를 포함하는 조적벽 시공용 이동식 앵커장치이다.
