The present invention relates to a wall body structure for a modular house and a wall body connecting structure of a modular house using the same, which may allow the wall body of a modular house to be constructed by means of a concrete placement method based on inner and outer wall bodies which are prefabricated in a shape including an insulation material and a finishing material without requiring an additional mold. According to the present invention, unit wall bodies prefabricated to include the inner and outer wall bodies can be arranged to be vertical to each other and temporarily coupled, before concrete is placed and cured, thereby allowing the unit wall bodies to be solidly connected and forming a cornered wall body of the modular house. To this end, the wall body connecting structure for a modular house of the present invention comprises: a horizontal connecting unit wall body including a first inner wall body forming the inner wall of a wall body, a first outer wall body facing the first inner wall body and forming the outer wall of the wall body, a first wall body connecting unit connecting the first inner wall body to the first outer wall body such that a first concrete placement space may be formed between the first inner wall body and the first outer wall body, and a wall body connecting unit installed while being extended to the inside and the outside of the first concrete placement space; and a vertical connecting unit wall body including a second inner wall body having an insertion hole of the wall body connecting unit, and the remaining configuration corresponding to the horizontal connecting unit wall body.
본 발명은 단열재 및 마감재 등이 포함된 형태로 사전 제작된 내·외 벽체를 기반으로 별도의 거푸집을 필요로 하지 않으면서 콘크리트 타설 방식을 통해 모듈러 하우스의 벽체를 시공할 수 있고, 내·외 벽체를 포함하도록 사전 제작된 단위벽체들을 서로 수직을 이루도록 배치 및 가결합 후 콘크리트를 타설 및 양생하는 작업만으로 해당 단위벽체들의 견고한 연결 및 그를 통한 모듈러 하우스의 모서리진 벽체의 형성이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 모듈러 하우스용 벽체 구조 및 이를 이용한 모듈러 하우스의 벽체 연결 구조에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 모듈러 하우스의 벽체 연결 구조는, 벽체의 내벽을 형성하는 제1 내벽체, 상기 제1 내벽체와 마주하며 벽체의 외벽을 형성하는 제1 외벽체, 상기 제1 내벽체 및 제1 외벽체부 사이에 제1 콘크리트 타설 공간이 형성되도록 상기 제1 내벽체 및 제1 외벽체를 연결하는 제1 벽체 연결부 및 상기 제1 콘크리트 타설 공간의 안쪽 및 바깥쪽에 걸쳐서 설치되는 벽체 이음부를 포함하는 수평 연결 단위벽체와, 상기 벽체 이음부의 삽입홀이 형성되는 제2 내벽체 포함하는 동시에 나머지 구성은 상기 수평 연결 단위벽체와 대응되는 수직 연결 단위벽체를 포함하여 구성된다.
