RADON BARRIER REPAIR METHOD USING RADON PERMEATION BARRIER COATING COMPOSITION
Disclosed is a radon blocking repair method using a radon permeation blocking coating agent composition, which uses a radon permeation blocking coating agent composition spray device. The radon blocking repair method of the present invention comprises: an indoor wall cleaning step of smoothing a surface of an indoor wall; a radon permeation blocking coating agent composition preparing step of preparing a radon permeation blocking coating agent composition by storing the radon permeation blocking coating agent composition in a storage tank of a spray device; a radon blocking layer application step of spraying and applying the radon permeation blocking coating agent composition stored in the storage tank to an indoor wall by operating a pump of the spray device; and a radon blocking layer drying step of drying the radon blocking layer. The radon blocking layer produces the radon permeation coating agent composition by the thickness of 0.01 to 0.5 mm. Also, the radon permeation coating agent composition includes 63 wt% of a poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) solution, 30 wt% of silicone, 2 wt% of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), and 5 wt% of a nano-filler, wherein the PVA solution is a solution in which distilled water and PVA are mixed in a weight ratio of 8:2, and the nano-filler is zeolite or nanoclay. According to the present invention, radon can be effectively reduced.
라돈 투과 차단용 코팅제 조성물을 이용한 라돈 차단 보수공법이 개시된다. 상기 라돈 투과 차단용 코팅제 조성물을 이용한 라돈 차단 보수공법은 상기 라돈 투과 차단용 코팅제 조성물 분사장치를 이용하고, 실내 벽면의 표면을 정리하는, 실내벽면청소단계; 라돈 투과 차단용 코팅제 조성물을 분사장치의 저장탱크 내에 저장하여 라돈 투과 차단용 코팅제 조성물을 준비하는, 라돈 투과 차단용 코팅제 조성물 준비단계; 분사장치의 펌프를 가동시켜서 상기 저장탱크 내에 저장된 라돈 투과 차단용 코팅제 조성물을 실내 벽면에 분사하여 도포하는, 라돈차단층 도포단계; 상기 라돈차단층을 건조시키는, 라돈차단층 건조단계를 포함하고, 상기 라돈차단층은 상기 라돈 투과 차단용 코팅제 조성물을 0.01~0.5mm의 두께로 생성하고, 상기 라돈 투과 차단용 코팅제 조성물은, PVA(Poly vinyl alcohol) 용액 63중량%와, 실리콘(Silicone) 30중량%와, SDS(Sodium Dodecycl Sulfate) 2중량% 및, 나노필러 5중량%로 이루어지고, 상기 PVA(Poly vinyl alcohol) 용액은 증류수와 PVA가 8:2의 중량비로 혼합된 용액이고, 상기 나노필러는 제올라이트 또는 나노클레이인 것을 특징으로 한다.

Disclosed is a radon blocking repair method using a radon permeation blocking coating agent composition, which uses a radon permeation blocking coating agent composition spray device.
