PRE-LOADING JACK TO FILL THE GAP BETWEEN THE WALE AND THE RETAINING WALL
The present invention relates to a preloading jack for filling a gap between an earth retaining wall for supporting an earth pressure of a back surface of an excavation surface and a wale installed on a front surface of the earth retaining wall, which includes: a hydraulic cylinder installed on a front flange of the wale; a pressurizing rod extended from the hydraulic cylinder to pressurize and temporarily support an H-pile of the earth retaining wall; and a support pipe body which is moved to the front along an outer surface of the hydraulic cylinder and replaces the pressurizing rod to support the H-pile.
본 발명은 굴착면 배면의 토압을 지지하는 흙막이와, 상기 흙막이 전면에 설치는 띠장 사이의 틈새를 메움하는 선행하중잭에 관한 것으로서, 띠장의 전면플랜지에 설치되는 유압실린더와, 유압실린더로부터 신장하여 흙막이의 엄지말뚝을 가압하여 가지지하는 가압로드 및, 상기 유압실린더의 외면을 타고 전방으로 이동하여 상기 가압로드를 대체하여 상기 엄지말뚝을 본지지하는 지지관체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
