Fabricating method of sulfur concrete using Bio sulfur and Sulfur concrete of the same
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing sulfur concrete containing bio-sulfur derived from landfill gas by utilizing sulfur sludge generated in a cleaning process to remove hydrogen sulfide from the landfill gas. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bio-sulfur obtained by removing hydrogen sulfide (H_2S), a toxic gas generated in landfills, is changed to a powder state and mixed with concrete, and it is possible to form a sulfur-containing concrete composition having high compressive strength and acid resistance, and when the sulfur sludge is mixed with cement and sand and used as a building material such as concrete, the problem of strength reduction can be solved by applying a pretreatment method and appropriate mixing ratio of the yellow sludge.
본 발명은 매립가스내 황화수소를 제거하는 세정공정에서 발생하는 황슬러지를 대상으로, 매립가스 유래 바이오 황을 포함하는 유황콘크리트의 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 쓰레기 매립지에서 발생하는 유독가스인 황화수소(H2S)를 제거하여 수득된 바이오 황을 분말상으로 상태를 변화시키고 이를 콘크리트에 혼합하여, 높은 압축강도와 내산성을 가지는 유황함유 콘크리트 조성물을 형성할 수 있으며, 황슬러지를 시멘트, 모래 등과 혼합하여 콘크리트와 같은 건축재료로 활용할 때, 황슬러지의 전처리방법 및 적정 혼합비를 적용하여 강도 저하 문제를 해결할 수 있다.
