Disclosed is a size-variable noise blocking apparatus for a construction building. The disclosed size-variable noise blocking apparatus for a construction building is characterized by comprising: a size-variable frame having four frame bars connected in a square frame shape, wherein each of the four frame bars is configured to include a main body bar formed in a tubular body, a sliding bar configured such that the length thereof may be adjusted by being inserted into the main body bar, and an elastic member connecting the main body bar to the sliding bar, and providing elasticity such that the sliding bar may be ejected from the main body to the original state in case the sliding bar is inserted and shrinks in the main body bar by an external force, so that the horizontal and vertical lengths of the size-variable frame may be adjusted to be coupled in a separable manner to a window part of the building under construction; a blocking member installed to cover the inner space of the size-variable frame, having a lighting hole formed to introduce sunlight, and made of an elastic material to correspond to the size variation of the size-variable frame; a noise reducing member installed at the front surface of the blocking member to offset noise such that the noise may not be leaked to the outside; and a lighting member coupled to the blocking member to cover the lighting hole, in order to prevent the discharge of noise and dust while introducing external sunlight. Therefore, the brightness in the working space may be maintained.
