Proportional control reduction equipment technology for specific air pollutants from asphalt concrete
Provided is a specific air pollutant proportional control/reduction facility for asphalt-concrete. The specific air pollutant proportional control/reduction facility for asphalt-concrete comprises: a dryer unit which heats and dries aggregate and burns harmful gas flowing through a nozzle; a first dust removal unit which removes dust from the harmful gas discharged from the dryer unit and discharges remaining gas and dust; a fine dust removal unit which filters out fine dust using a filter bag from the remaining gas and dust discharged from the first dust removal unit and discharges clean gas; a bypass damper which is coupled between the first dust removal unit and the fine dust removal unit to reflux a part of the gas and dust discharged from the first dust removal unit to a second dust removal unit to be described later; the second dust removal unit which filters out dust from the gas and dust discharged from the first dust removal unit, supplies the dust to an asphalt-concrete manufacturing silo, and discharges the gas so that the gas can be supplied back to the dryer unit; and an air blower which supplies the gas discharged from the second dust removal unit to the dryer unit through an exhaust pipe. Accordingly, the clean gas discharged from the fine dust removal unit is discharged to the air through an exhaust fan and chimney. The present invention can prevent environmental pollution.
골재를 가열 건조시키고, 노즐을 통해 유입되는 유해가스를 연소하는 드라이어부; 상기 드라이어부로부터 배출된 유해 가스로부터 분진을 제거하고 남은 가스와 분진을 배출하는 제1분진제거부; 상기 제1분진제거부에서 배출된 잔여 가스와 분진에 대하여 필터백을 이용하여 미세분진을 재차 걸러준 후에 청정 가스를 배출하는 미세분진제거부; 상기 제1분진제거부에서 배출된 가스와 먼지 중 일부를 후술하는 제2분진제거부로 환류시킬 수 있도록 상기 제1분진제거부와 상기 미세분진제거부 사이에 결합된 바이패스댐퍼; 상기 제1분진제거부에서 배출된 가스와 먼지 중 먼지는 필터링하여 아스콘 제작 사일로로 공급하고, 가스는 상기 드라이어부로 다시 공급될 수 있도록 배출하는 제2분진제거부; 상기 제2분진제거부로부터 배출되는 가스를 배기관을 통하여 상기 드라이어부에 공급하는 송풍기;를 포함하며, 상기 미세분진제거부에서 배출된 청정 가스는 배풍기와 굴뚝을 통해 공기 중으로 배출시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 아스콘 전용 특정 대기유해물질 비례제어 저감설비

The specific air pollutant proportional control/reduction facility for asphalt-concrete comprises: a dryer unit which heats and dries aggregate and burns harmful gas flowing through a nozzle; a first dust removal unit which removes dust from the harmful gas discharged from the dryer unit and discharges remaining gas and dust; a fine dust removal unit which filters out fine dust using a filter bag from the remaining gas and dust discharged from the first dust removal unit and discharges clean gas; a bypass damper which is coupled between the first dust removal unit and the fine dust removal unit to reflux a part of the gas and dust discharged from the first dust removal unit to a second dust removal unit to be described later; the second dust removal unit which filters out dust from the gas and dust discharged from the first dust removal unit, supplies the dust to an asphalt-concrete manufacturing silo, and discharges the gas so that the gas can be supplied back to the dryer unit; and an air blower which supplies the gas discharged from the second dust removal unit to the dryer unit through an exhaust pipe.
