Clamp for Connecting Precast
The present invention relates to a binding clamp, which firmly binds a plurality of precast concrete units. The binding clamp of the present invention comprises first and second clamps (110, 120). The first clamp (110) includes a first support plate (111) and a first side surface plate (112) erected to be upright or inclined on both side surfaces of the first support plate (111). In addition, the second clamp (120) includes a second support plate (121) and a second side surface plate (122) erected to be upright or inclined on both side surfaces of the second support plate (121).
본 발명의 특징은 결속용 클램프(100)와 결속봉(200)의 유기적인 결합을 통해 콘크리트로 제작되는 복수의 프리캐스트 콘크리트 단위유닛을 견고히 결속한다. 상기 프리캐스트 콘크리트 단위유닛은 해안구조물 기술분야의 소파블록이거나, 교량 기술분야의 바닥판이거나, 사면보강 기술분야의 옹벽블록 또는 호안블록일 수 있다. 결속용 클램프(100)는 제1클램프(110)와 제2클램프(120)로 이루어지고, 상기 제1클램프(110)는 제1지지판(111), 상기 제1지지판(111)의 양 측면에 직립 또는 경사지게 세워지는 제1측면판(112)으로 구성되며, 상기 제1클램프(110)의 제1측면판(112)의 상단에는 제1홈부(114) 및 상기 제1클램프의 후면부 제1측면판(112) 후단에는 제1보강재(115)가 설치될 수 있다. 상기 제2클램프(120)는 제2지지판(121), 상기 제2지지판(121)의 양 측면에 직립 또는 경사지게 세워지는 제2측면판(122)으로 구성되며, 상기 제2클램프(120)의 제2측면판(122)의 상단에는 제2홈부(124)를 형성할 수 있다. 상기 제1, 제2클램프(110, 120)는 전면부가 노출되고, 후면부는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 단위유닛에 매설되는데, 이때 프리캐스트 콘크리트 단위유닛에 매설된 상기 제2클램프(120)의 전면부는 이웃하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 단위유닛에 매설된 상기 제1클램프(110)의 전면부에 삽입되고, 상기 제1클램프(110)의 제1홈부(114)와 제2클램프(120)의 제2홈부(124)가 일렬로 일치되도록 하여 상기 결속봉(200)을 안착시켜 복수의 프리캐스트 콘크리트 단위유닛들을 일체화하는 것이다.
