Mechanism for marking bolt holes on metal insulation panels and metal insulation panels
Disclosed are a machine for machining bolt holes in a metal insulation panel and a metal insulation panel. The machine comprises: a first needle holder disposed in the working space of a press, and having both ends supported by the body of the press; a plurality of first needles installed to penetrate the first needle holder in a vertical direction, installed at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction, having sharp parts installed to face upward, and elastically raisable or lowerable by external force in the vertical direction; a second needle holder disposed in parallel with the first needle holder at a predetermined distance; a plurality of second needles installed to penetrate the second needle holder in a vertical direction, installed at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction, having sharp parts installed to face upward, and elastically raisable or lowerable by external force in the vertical direction; a needle pusher disposed below the first and second needle holders, and forming holes in a metal insulation panel positioned above the first and second needles by pushing up the first and second needles protruding downward from the first and second needle holders while moving in the longitudinal directions of the first and second needle holders; and upper and lower cutters operated after the needle pusher is operated, and cutting the part between the first and second rows of holes of the metal insulation panel, which are formed in the two rows by the first and second needles while moving between the first and second needle holders in a longitudinal direction.
금속단열패널 볼트구멍 표시 가공용 기계장치 및 금속단열패널이 개시되어 있다. 이 중, 기계장치는 프레스의 작업공간 내에 배치된 채, 프레스 몸체에 양단이 지지되는 제1 니들 거치대; 상기 제1 니들 거치대에 상하방향으로 관통되게 설치되며, 길이방향으로 일정 간격을 두고 다수개가 설치되고, 예리한 부분이 상부를 향하도록 설치되며, 외력에 의해 상하방향으로 탄력 승강가능한 상태인 다수의 제1 니들; 상기 제1 니들 거치대와 소정 간격을 두고 나란하게 배치되는 제2 니들 거치대; 상기 제2 니들 거치대에 상하방향으로 관통되게 설치되며, 길이방향으로 일정 간격을 두고 다수개가 설치되고, 예리한 부분이 상부를 향하도록 설치되며, 외력에 의해 상하방향으로 탄력 승강가능한 상태인 다수의 제2 니들; 상기 제1, 2 니들 거치대의 하측에, 제1, 2 니들 거치대의 길이방향으로 이동되면서 상기 제1, 2 니들 거치대로부터 하향으로 돌출되어 있는 제1, 2 니들을 푸싱하여 상향으로 밀어 올려줌으로써 제1, 2 니들의 상측에 위치하는 금속단열패널에 구멍을 뚫어주는 니들푸셔; 및 상기 니들푸셔가 작동된 후에 뒤이어 작동되며, 상기 제1, 2 니들 거치대의 사이를 길이방향으로 이동되면서 제1, 2 니들에 의해 2열로 구멍이 뚫린 금속단열패널의 1열 구멍과 2열 구멍 사이를 절단하여 주는 상,하 커터;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
