The present invention relates to an insulation sheet and a composite waterproofing method using an insulation sheet, which can secure excellent ventilation properties and durability to improve constructability and stability, maintain waterproof performance for a long time by insulation from a foundation surface, and improve coupling force with a coating material. The insulation sheet includes: a metal sheet layer having a plurality of first penetrating holes and fine ventilation holes; a fiber layer having second penetrating holes at positions corresponding to the first penetrating holes and formed to adhere to one surface of the metal sheet layer to reinforce the metal sheet layer; and a mesh layer formed to adhere to one surface of the fiber layer.
본 발명은 우수한 통기성, 내구성을 확보하여 시공성 및 안정성을 향상시키고, 바탕면과의 절연에 의해 방수성능을 장기간 유지하고 도막재와의 결합력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 한 절연시트 및 절연시트를 이용한 복합방수공법에 관한 것으로, 복수개의 제1 관통공과 미세통기공이 구비된 금속시트층; 상기 제1 관통공과 대응되는 위치에 제2 관통공이 구비되고, 상기 금속시트층의 일면에 접착 형성되어 상기 금속시트층을 보강하기 위한 섬유층; 및 상기 섬유층의 일면에 접착 형성되는 메쉬층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
