Floor construction method to reduce floor noise
The present invention relates to a floor construction method for reducing noise between floors, which comprises: an interlayer flooring installation step of installing an interlayer flooring consisting of an upper cushion material mounted on the top of an interlayer floor for a building, an intermediate material mounted on the bottom of the upper cushion material and formed by mixing fiber and paper, and a lower cushion material mounted on the bottom of the intermediate material; a wall surface support means mounting step of mounting a wall surface support means installed in the circumference of a wall surface positioned on the top of the interlayer flooring to reduce impact and to fix fixing means positioned therein; a lower fixing means mounting step of mounting a lower fixing means of which the bottom is mounted on the top of the interlayer flooring into a space positioned under the wall surface support means; a lower buffer means mounting step of mounting a lower buffer means for buffering the impact transmitted downward from the upper portion thereof and absorbing the noise on the top of the lower fixing means; an intermediate fixing means mounting step of mounting an intermediate fixing means of which the bottom is mounted on the top of the lower buffer means into a space positioned above the lower buffer means; an upper buffer means mounting step of mounting an upper buffer means for buffering the impact transmitted downward from the upper portion thereof and absorbing the noise on the top of the intermediate fixing means; an upper fixing means mounting step of mounting an upper fixing means of which the bottom is mounted on the top of the upper buffer means into a space positioned above the upper buffer means; and a flooring installation step of installing a flooring mounted on the top of the wall surface support means and the top of the upper fixing means to form the floor.
본 발명은 층간 소음을 저감시키는 바닥 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 건축물 층간바닥의 상부에 상부 쿠션재와 상기 상부 쿠션재의 하부에 장착되고 섬유와 종이를 혼합하여 형성되는 중간재 및 상기 중간재의 하부에 장착되는 하부 쿠션재로 이루어진 층간바닥재를 설치하는 층간바닥재 설치단계; 상기 층간바닥재의 상부에 위치하는 벽면 둘레에 충격을 감소시키고 내부에 위치하는 고정수단을 고정하는 벽면지지수단을 장착하는 벽면지지수단 장착단계; 상기 벽면지지수단의 하부에 위치하는 공간으로 하부가 층간바닥재의 상부에 장착되는 하부 고정수단을 장착하는 하부 고정수단 장착단계; 상기 하부 고정수단의 상부로 상부에서 하부로 전달되는 충격을 완충하면서도 소음을 흡수하는 하부 완충수단을 장착하는 하부 완충수단 장착단계; 상기 하부 완충수단의 상부에 위치하는 공간으로 하부가 하부 완충수단의 상부에 장착되는 중간 고정수단을 장착하는 중간 고정수단 장착단계; 상기 중간 고정수단의 상부로 상부에서 하부로 전달되는 충격을 완충하면서도 소음을 흡수하는 상부 완충수단을 장착하는 상부 완충수단 장착단계; 상기 상부 완충수단의 상부에 위치하는 공간으로 하부가 상부 완충수단의 상부에 장착되는 상부 고정수단을 장착하는 상부 고정수단 장착단계; 및 상기 벽면지지수단의 상부 및 상부 고정수단의 상부에 장착되고 바닥을 형성하는 바닥재를 설치하는 바닥재 설치단계를 포함한다.
